Мы прекрасно провели время в Ква Маритане! В стоимость включен полупансион и два захватывающих сафари. Еда была исключительной, с большим выбором вкусных блюд. Персонал был фантастическим, всегда дружелюбным и внимательным. В целом, это был замечательный опыт, и мы настоятельно рекомендуем Ква Маритан для идеального отдыха на сафари.

A very nice location with few issues to sort out..the service is really bad...Our complaints were not entertained one bit..only one shower head was working...we had to take turns to shower....the kitchen windows did not have blinds or curtain and one could see it was taken out few days ago...we were not given the arm bands to access the water park only when we returned to reception the lady told us she forgot...the food at the restaurant takes more than an hour to make...no apology or anything was offered after a long wait both at dinner and breakfast....had to go to reception to borrow the iron after numerous calls without success..the unit does not have numbers which took us a lot of time locating our room...overall service is a nightmare in such a nice resort... The water park is the best ever...we enjoyed the slides and the warm pool...besides the service I would definitely go back...

I had a really pleasant stay and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made the experience very comfortable. Overall, everything about the stay was really good. One area that could be improved is the amenities provided in the room. Currently, only basic items such as a shower cap, shower gel, and a small lotion are provided. It would be helpful if essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste were also available, especially for guests who may have forgotten theirs. Another point to consider is the laundry pricing. Charging per item (for example, per shirt or per pair of trousers) can become quite expensive. A laundry bag option or bundle pricing might feel more reasonable for guests. That said, the excellent service truly stood out and made the stay enjoyable overall.

Kosmos Manor is located in a beautiful area of Hartebeespoort. We had a lovely view of the dam from our room. We were greeted by friendly staff who were eager to cater to our needs. The room itself had great amenities and was very clean. The bathroom had underfloor heating which was wonderful! The whole place felt so much like home, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast the morning of checkout. Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Персонал отеля был очень дружелюбным, место тихое и не слишком оживлённое. Мне понравился бассейн, но его не помешала бы небольшая чистка, например, удаление насекомых и листьев, которые постоянно плавают в нём. Мне понравилось пребывание, и я готов вернуться ❤️

The service was good the only problem that we came across was the blanket, they were too small but other than that everything was up to standard

Чисто и аккуратно. Спокойная обстановка/район. Общение с владельцем по поводу заселения простое и быстрое.
