Had a great stay. Joined friends for 2 nights. Staff were so welcoming and friendly particularly those in the dining room where we dined both nights. Food was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. We appreciated the complimentary water, tea & coffee etc.in our room. Used the spa/ pool which was lovely but the overflow grills around pool and jacuzzi are dangerous and made us uncomfortable, need reinforced perhaps?

The spa is lovely but would benefit from a covered walkway from the hotel as it was raining all the time we were there.In general we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will stay again.Very friendly and pleasant staff.

This hotel is starting to look tired in respect to decoration in some areas. The photos on the wall look good. The venue appears to facilitate weddings, and the view from the reception room is good. however this appears to be the best feature. The main concern is silver fish in the bedroom. When we spoke to staff offered another room however at 2:30 am no realistic. When I spoke with reception in the morning there was a blase stating that it is a water front hotel. breakfast was adequate how hot food not as good as cold selection.

Would not recommend .. put in a room that looked into a wall with dirty net curtains! Waiter in restaurant really made our experience pleasant, great recommendations and very pleasant. Food was just ok. Strange reception staff especially the male in a suit prancing around .. and not appropriate!! An older gentleman did approach him about his conduct and wasn’t happy…. I don’t think this hotel needs to plan a faulty towers event..They’re already THERE 😳🥹

Nice hotel. Food at restaurant very good. A little out of town for walking but still a good location

The staff were all lovely and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor is a little dated but everything is to a high standard. Only problem is that check in is quite late but check out is early
