Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

Отель был неплохой. Кровать была не очень удобной, а подушки довольно мягкими и совсем не жесткими. В номере была полностью оборудованная кухня с холодильником. К сожалению, мусорные контейнеры, расположенные прямо за зданием, были опорожнены около 2:30 утра в четверг и очень сильно шумели. Я жил на 5-м этаже, и это разбудило меня, и, казалось, шум продолжался минут 30, пока мусоровоз поднимал, опорожнял и швырял контейнеры обратно на пол (вероятно, 5 контейнеров). Я бы не рекомендовал останавливаться здесь только по этой причине. В мусорном ведре на кухне был мусор, когда я заселялся, поэтому я сомневаюсь в общей чистоте. Также мне не понравилась клавиатура для входа в номер (и в здание после закрытия). Примерно в двух кварталах от Бродвея, так что до него можно дойти пешком.

Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

Clean room. No dresser or other type of wardrobe to unpack clothes; hangers available, along with ironing board/iron. Hair dryer. No microwave even though one pictured in the room pic I saw. Coffeemaker adequate but could be nicer. Tolietries provided (single use). Staff friendly & helpful. Couldn't connect to Wifi; must use hotel admin password which they provided. Ice machine on my floor didn't work, easy access to another unit on other floor via elevator. Walking distance to free City Shuttle and several very good restaurants and cafes. Decor is quasi mid-century modern. Small desk and swivel office chair but no other additional seating, other than on your bed. Small vinyl ”ottoman” (to be used how?). Heating/AC unit efficient & quiet? Had fan only mode for air circulation which was nice. Room view blocked by structural pillar; I didn't want to hassle changing rooms; on hindsight, I should have moved to ”pool view” room instead of ”city view.”

ГГостьSo I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

LLoreeann32Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

ГГость'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us.
Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast.
The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.

Bad outweighs the good = pool does not feel heated at all, the jets on the hot tub do not work, one jet only makes a few bubbles, when pointed it out, we were told that’s how it should be. Stayed 3 nights, every day we went out, came back and key card wouldn’t work, had to get a new one. The toilet was clogged and would not flush. Maintenance came and said it was fixed, he smelled like alcohol. Went to bathroom in the middle of night and it would not flush, was afraid it’d overflow. Called in the am, was told we could just use the bathrooms near the desk 😳. Said maintenance would come after 7. We left at 8, but when we came back it was fixed. The breakfast is awful and the same every day. Watery eggs, burnt sausage, a casserole, little potatoes, biscuits, cereals, bagels, a little refrigerator with a gallon of milk, pitchers of juice, cream cheese, and butter. No oatmeal, yogurt, bacon would’ve been nice. The coffee maker in the lobby poured out grounds, told us it was broken, my husband told her, try cleaning it out and get all the grounds out - then it worked later when he went back. Hard to find a parking place when you come back at night, because of restaurant & bar. Only 2 handicap spaces near entrance to rooms. Outside garbage overflowing (but it was bagged). Some of the staff were very rude. *The manager was nice and did come to our room to check on us.

Мелочи лишь сбивают с толку и вызывают беспокойство, что этот некогда потрясающий отель постепенно приходит в упадок.
🚪Карточка-ключ на двери сломалась! Вставить карту было САМЫМ ТРУДНЫМ делом, что создавало нам проблемы. Один раз карточка-ключ полностью зашла внутрь, съев её. Пришла техническая служба, чтобы забрать карту. Ничего не починили, просто попросили быть осторожнее.
🪟 Солнцезащитные шторки за оконной шторой были ужасно шаткими: левая сторона была опущена, но не двигалась (шнур был снят и заправлен сверху). Всё это время правая была поднята, и опустить её было невозможно, кроме как потянуть. Но когда я это сделал, я понял, почему они её подняли, и электродвигатель отключился... Она не опустилась полностью и была измята. 💧Раковина установлена наоборот: горячая вода справа, холодная слева. 🌡️ Термостат был сломан. Хотя в комнате поддерживалась прохлада, из-за влажности было неприятно прохладно. Влажности было настолько, что мебель казалась какой-то безвкусной.
Подошёл ли нам номер? Да. Заставили ли все эти мелочи задуматься о том, чтобы забронировать другой номер в следующий раз? Да.

ААнонимный пользовательПрекрасный вид на реку, чистый номер, дружелюбный персонал и множество достопримечательностей, магазинов и ресторанов поблизости. С балкона мы видели диких медведей, бродящих по территории отеля. Это был потрясающий опыт. Однозначно рекомендую и обязательно забронирую здесь снова! Мы с женихом и детьми наслаждались каждым мгновением, проведённым здесь!

1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all,new.
2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned.
went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda.
3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser.
4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky.
5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service.
6) Beds were extremely comfortable.
7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey
