Dekelia Hotel

"My partner and I have stayed at the Dekelia 5 times now, for about 26 nights in total. It's become our home from home when we're visiting family in the area and I love everything about the place. George and his team on the pool bar, George on reception, and all the hotel team are wonderful people. The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful location, with plenty of parking for all the guests. The bedrooms all have balconies and excellent power showers. It's silly to look forward to a particular bed, but I love the Dekelia's Coco-Mat beds and bed toppers. I'm guaranteed to sleep so well here. We always look forward to the varied breakfast, then relax with a coffee on the huge terrace overlooking the pool...and what a pool! We've stayed at many hotels with huge fancy pools, but this one is our favourite. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, the music isn't too loud, the pool bar is well stocked, and it just 'feels' right. The ambience is spot on. Did I mention how wonderful George and his team are? I probably did... : )"

"Will share my experience in English to cover most of people Firstly 4 stars is a joke . Dirty rooms , the aircon doesn’t blow any warm air in January, the bedsheets must be 20 years old. Had an unpleasant experience with the service. Came with 2 kids at midnight. The person at the reception couldn’t figure out in English my reference number , couldn’t find my name , but gave us room keys . The first room was filthy. We asked for a change. In the morning a lady from the reception came and we realised together that Ii booked another hotel 200 m down on this road. And asked us for a full price to be paid for the night. So unprofessionally to say at least , to let someone in without finding my booking in the system and after charged us for that. Not even offering half price discount as a solution. I have never experienced that before in my life. Could be a nice hotel but need a great amount of job to be done."

Персонал был очень дружелюбным, комната была необычной, моя единственная придирка заключалась в том, что горячая вода не была доступна, если все ею пользовались... и было много черных волос с головы или полотенец в белье в ванной на полу..."

"This hotel is not as expected not even a pool that works and lamps floating in the pool and smell really bad if you smoke this is the right hotel for you. The lamps in the pool is light for the pool. A hotel in need of renovation and not worth the money."
