Я остановился здесь с пересадкой в ​​Аддис-Абебе. Wi-Fi практически отсутствует. В номере нет очков. Грязные ковры, повсюду торчащие провода, ужасная бесплатная бритва (я чуть не порезал горло, она была ужасно тупая!). Еда нормальная, горячей воды нет, поэтому нет душа! Mrs Tsega Mebrahtu as well as the whole Guest Services team, have been indispensable and decisive for my stay to be wonderful at the Bole Ambassador Hotel and its restaurant by proving a great talent and creativity every time. Her friendship, her generosity, kindness as well as empathy and professionality are priceless and remain the key reason why I will book my next stages at Ambassador Hotel in the future for sure. Mrs Mebrahtu generous, mature and friendly attitude have been present all the time as well as her disposal to work efficiently to make my stage wonderful and comfortable. The tomato soup and grilled chicken with honey, the best of the best.

The hotel has a desk at the airport and offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Conveniently located a few minutes from the airport, the hotel offers clean rooms with good service and meals. We arrived just prior to Valentine's Day so the reception was spruced up and offering special deals for that weekend. Both breakfast and dinner was buffet and offered a huge selection. The hotel consists of different wings and one leaves the main building to go to the others. In one of the wings they have quite a nice gym which seemed to be under-utilised. My room seemed to be of the self catering ones complete with basin, stove and fridge. That would have been perfect for a family vacation.

Chef TiTi is an amazing chef! He ensures his clients are happy with the food they order and that it is to their liking. Tirunesh (waitress) is also very hospitable! I go to Ambassador for their a la carte lunch - prices are very reasonable, portions are good and service is always amazing. Highly recommend their a la carte lunch.

We stayed in Bole Ambassador for 12 nights after checking out of Bole Rock Hotel early. Great location just of Bole Road at the airport end. We got a great deal for staying 12 nights ($89 per night including service charges and tax). We stayed in room 304A which had just been recarpeted about 2 weeks earlier which was great for our 10 month old daughter to crawl on. Little suite was great. Nice little sitting area with sofa and nice lighting. High quality furniture and fittings and well maintained and working. Little kitchenette had good size fridge, 2 rings and we asked for utensils which the staff brought. Bathroom was nice, tiled and had piping hot water 24 hours, good quality towels and was very clean. Best of all were the beds...we had 2 twin, we requested soft matresses which they offer to bring and they were great, beds had matress protectors, very high quality thick cotton sheets and matching duvet covers on the duvets. I am never usually 100% comfortable in hotels beds but here i was really relaxed, comfortable as they beds felt extremly clean. Reception staff, "Bell Boy" and the guards outside were all warm and friendly as were the manager and marketing manager. We had a nice view out to the airport too. Not so good points - breakfast room was nice and bright and the food was good although by 9.30am some food was finished and the breakfast staff are a bit reactive rather than proactive, service was slow and they didnt seem focused on guest service but were too busy chatting and shining cutlery and on thier mobiles (all 12 mornings!) Room service is a bit pricy and the food is just ok. There was a drain on the bathroom floor that gave of a bit of a smell - would be great if the hotel just retiled and got rid of the drains. But overall this was a good hotel and we had a very comfortable stay here.
