Огромная благодарность Наталье на Rezeption, была очень внимательна и отзывчива к нашим проьбам и пожеланиям. Благодаря ей наш отдых в отеле очень комфортный. Отель находится в тихом месте, в непосредственной близости к океану. Чисто и уютно.

Отдыхали здесь уже второй раз. Нам все очень нравится. Бронировали как члены клуба. Брали с 3 разовым питанием. Нам достался шикарный номер, питание отличное ( мясо, рыба, фрукты, овощи, салаты, различные нарезки, десерты и мороженое). Приветливый персонал. Пару раз за 2 недели на завтраке была живая музыка. Еще на небольшую плату организован канарский ужин и вечеринка на закате. Канарский ужин превзошел все ожидания. На вечеринку не попали, так организаторы думали, что будет дождь. Находится в отдалении от суеты, для нас это плюс ( после шумного города) Ps:Единственное наверное в баре бы посоветовала или писать номер комнаты или показывать, так как при выселении нам выставили счет за бар в котором мы не были. Там сумма была не большая, но неприятно разбираться. И это точно были не мы, так как мы даже не использовали 10 евро в баре ( бонус за прошлый отзыв), просто было не до бара. А кто-то умышленно или сложности перевода назвал нашу комнату

We stayed half board for 4 nights over Easter and overall a good experience. Our room was on the fourth floor. Unfortunately we were not given any directions by reception and the first lift we entered only went to 3. I came out and looked and realised although connected there are 4 separate blocks and only one had 4 floors. The lift is quite small, 3 of us and cases was a squeeze. The room was fine, okay they are a little dated but it was clean and we had enough room with a living area, bathroom and bedroom. The balcony overlooked the pool but you could see the sea and even la gomera in the gaps. Food was fine, there was enough choice okay it's not 5 star but then it isn't a five star hotel. The staff certainly try hard to vary the meals in this respect, fair play to them. Our son was ill one night and they were quite accommodating, which hasn't always been the case at more expensive hotels we have been to. The location is quiet but nice, La Caleta is gorgeous we walked there a lot, forgoing the half hour walk to Adeje and the other resorts most times. The cafe/restaurant on the nearest black beach was good. We got a good deal considering it was over the Easter holiday, I would definitely consider staying again

Just back from a weeks holiday. Hotel decor is very typical Spanish. Bathroom does need an up grade however very clean, serviced daily with new towels. Staff very friendly. Location was amazing. Turn right and you have all the lovely water front restaurants turn left and you have a fab esplanade walk and beaches.

It's a great hotel with nice staff and nice warm water in the swimming pool. I would highly recommend going to this hotel, I don't know why it's only 3 stars. Maybe because it doesn't look modern and is small compared to other hotels. But it's really worth the price.

It is 3 star so expect 3 star. Nice quiet location clean and felt very safe. Black sand beach over the road. Food as expected 3 star. Staff are very helpful and nice. We had apartment very spacious but decor awful and kitchen scruffy etc … 3 star. Room clean tho beds very uncomfortable.. Spacious balcony. Pool area clean and attractive gardens. Pool bar ok, some food avail at pool bar some days dried up from lunch maybe. Sports bar on lower floor bit miserable etc. If you get a reasonable price for this then go for it, the food was better than a 3 star in the restaurant. If you are just laying your head then the room is satisfactory.

Very very nice place! Fantastic beds. :) I am almost 2m high and I never had such good beds in any other hotel I had visited so far. :) Fantastic coastal views. Very very very friendly staff!! Close proximity to many atractions. And the restaurant's garden when you can eat, drink wine or coffee close to growing bananas is astonishing. The hotel is friendly for bicycle riders and sporstsmen in general. You can find there 8 or 10 detailed rounds around Tenerife. The next time I will visit you I will bring my bike. :) Kindest regards and thank you very much for your work!

First time visit to la caleta to stay.we have been coming to Tenerife for over 30 years. Hotel 3 stars which is right. Could do either done updating but you cannot fault the friendly staff. Food was not the best but that was what was to be expected st 3 stars which is hotel. The location is amazing with great walks to hard rock hotel and beyond. We walked to los cristinanos, m, about 5 miles and got the bus back. For about €6. The roof top bar area, adults only, was a real welcomed surprise.

The good points include the cleanliness, friendly staff, room size, food - which was really good, location of hotel - in a lovely little village and easy to get a taxi to Siam Park etc. Bad points - rooms desperately need an upgrade, incredibly noisy room from 5am, no air conditioning or fan in the room (had to pay €80 for a mobile unit), All in all we had a lovely family (of 6) holiday and would go again (for the right price).

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. Our room was very large with a sea view. No oven or microwave so limited to what you can make for meals in your room. It's in a lovely area with a walk along the coast to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the hotel is let down by the food which was always cold. The staff aren't the friendliest either. It costs nothing to say hello. The pool area is spotless. The music from the activity was far too loud and bounced off the buildings. Far too many children out of school and the lifeguard never asked them to vacate the Adult only pool. Sunbeds were lovely looking but very uncomfortable. Tbh we would return as its worth the money you pay and we had an enjoyable time.

We stayed at Jardin Hovima Caleta near the end of april 2025 , we had stayed at this hotel twice before so knew what to expect. The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, most of the staff are happy and will speak to you in passing but some just don't bother. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen area. We booked a side Seaview room but on arrival reception said we had a Seaview room which and she also noticed it was my birthday the next day. The food needs attention everything was cooked but sometimes not hot and when they ran out of something they were quite slow to replace it. I like to have my yoghurt in a pot some days there were pots sometimes just big dishes of yoghurt. The sweets sometimes were non existent and not very appealing. On our first evening we went in the restaurant and a lady came asked for our room number and we just wanted water so asked for water and she just walked off, she didn't bother to tell us that you help yourself to water. There's not a lot going on in la caleta but you can catch the bus into fanabe or las Americas for €1.45 each one way and they run roughly every 20 mins but you can also catch bus number 452 as well as bus 467 they both go to la caleta. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this hotel is ideal . The pool area is also a good size and the drinks in the hotel are quite reasonably priced. We met some lovely people while we were there and will probably return at some point. Our trip was for my birthday and I think it's the only hotel we've been in where I didn't get a bottle of wine or fizz. I did get a rendition of happy birthday at the special Friday meal at the side of the pool. The sunbeds are quite uncomfortable as well when you've lay on them for an hour or so.

Perfect location with rooftop jacuzzi and loungers and spacious apartment. Spacious balcony with beautiful views of the beach and across to La Gomera. Five minutes walk to village seafront restaurants. Good swimming pool. Outdoor breakfast area.

I stayed at Hovima Jardín Caleta with my family under the all-inclusive plan. Even though there was a strike during our visit, everything ran smoothly — especially thanks to *Salma*, a team member working both in the bar and buffet areas. Despite the reduced staff due to minimum service regulations during the strike, Salma showed outstanding dedication. She explained the situation to us clearly and kindly, and always remained positive, smiling, and attentive to everyone’s needs. Her energy was incredible. She never stopped moving, always checking on guests with genuine care. Salma made us feel part of a family, not just visitors. You can truly see that she loves her job and gives her best every single day. She is a true asset to the hotel and represents exactly what hospitality should be. Thanks to her, our holiday was still wonderful, even in the middle of a complicated time. *Thank you, Salma. You made a difference.* Hovima is lucky to have someone like you. *Highly recommend this hotel — and extra stars for Salma!*

Hotel built in the late 90s, right on seafront with panoramic views of the bay. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable, large balcony with pool view. Food was - ok- very slow to replace empty dishes. There are no sofa beds, just L shape sofa for additional guests. If you like walking turn right out of the hotel and head for La Caleta and their gorgeous fish restaurants, head for the steps that take you up to the headland, turn left out of the hotel and follow the beach path/promenade towards Las Americas and beyond. If you don’t want to walk take the bus instead, bus stop round the corner. The staff were all very nice and they did a great Halloween with everyone dressed up and pool disco at night. Will definitely return as we loved the quiet location
