Blu Water Resort Malshej

Utterly hopeless resort. We spent 25,000/- to book a 3 night stay here and 2 of the 3 days, the swimming pool was not working due to filter breakage. Thanks to this, the only activity in the property was shut down for 2 whole days. What was more shocking and baffling to hear is that the staff working at the property tell us that they don't know the names of have the number of the property owners. We have no where to go in the hot summer days, we were stuck inside our rooms with nothing better to do. If this is what we had to do, we wouldn't have driven for 5 hours and paid so much money to come to this bloody resort. There's not even a single person who is willing to offer any sort of co****sation. To make things worse, the reception staff has the nerve to give argumentative responses to our questions & refuses to give us clear timelines on resolving the issue.

Blue water resort- accidently we found out this resort, and believe me it was best search for us for Majlesh Ghat stay.. the property is newly build up having 16 rooms and an infinity lovely pool with multicuisine restaurant. Start with hotel rooms- rooms are very nicely decorated with moder amenity. All rooms are having breath taking view, as hotel is just near the beautiful lake and mountain.. so full day u will be seating near the lovely scenic beauty and nature escaped from the hustle and bustle.. they are having own restaurant.. food also very testy.. starting from house keeping person , front desk person, and F&B ***ager- Mr Alden, Mr. Yash all are very good at their work , they are helpful, and of course trying to see your all comfort during your stay.. Must vist this hotel and we will surely come back again
