1.Furts you cannot find the place as on Google map as per reservation. 2. When arraived at place no room was available 3. Was send to a next building (hotel) that was located in a bad area for my convenience. 4 Thus building is under construction cannot enter as building ruble are all over the place .Reception was sit in a room on the first floor. 5 I wanted my money back but Was book on line and Trip . Com do not make sure about accomadation and just advertise it. We are comming from South Africa and experience this in a country where you are lost. 6 Trip.com do not have an agent to solve this problem to call directly. 8 I do not have time to sit with robots. 9 the room had a smell. Not all as discribe is available 1 No towels . No parking. And more. And it was the same as thie first one. I did not have a choice to sit there as it was according to Trip. Com highly recommend and I need to go to airport to pick up wife and Com back for a rest. I left 1 in the morning and I arrived ad 5 am and I took my things and left that place. As my wife almost brake her leg due to an unsafe inviorment enter the building to the lift. 8 all the contactoworking there including old furniture block the way to elevator. 9 light and visibility was poor. 10 Elevator need a serious cleaning and upgrade. 11 I will not stay there and will not recommend it. Trip .Com should give our money back that we can look for alternative accommodation
