Defo not a 5 star hotel-very dated and all mouldy seal round bath. All inclusive food not great. We had to leave a credit card copy at check in and told we wouldn’t be charged- but we were charged £100 after getting home so had to ring trip.com to sort it

Super entertainment… with good interaction between public. Never a dull moment He captures the spirit of art and entertainment 100 pct Accompanied by a lovely assistant that does her own tricks as well Time flies looking at the show… Only the soundsystem needs an upgrade!

The hotel is outstanding. Beautiful apar**ent. The staff are amazing. You can eat at several speciality restaurants if you are all inclusive...recommended! A big thank you to Marcio and Amdreia, who looked after us at the bar. Andrea, special thank you for the lovely G&T xxx

We just got back from our 5 night short break yesterday. Is the hotel a 5 star? Not by British standards but I would say it is similar to many 4 stars that we have stayed in around the world. Now that’s out of the way, for our review: The good - the room was clean & had everything we needed and more. The cleaning staff were lovely and always smiling. The pool entertainment was a good laugh even just to watch & the 4 entertainers were great. The pool bar tender Christiano (sorry if spelt wrong) was friendly & remembered us each day. The sauna was heavenly after a workout at the gym which although small does have everything you need. The lady on the spa reception whose name I didn’t catch was friendly and always said hi. The main reception staff were helpful & friendly. We went to the Piccadilly bar most nights and the entertainment was great (make sure you catch the sax player he was amazing, reminded me of an Ibiza one!) Vinicius (again probably spelt wrong so my apologies) was by far the best bartender we have come across in our travels. He truly is this hotels biggest asset in our opinion as he remembered us after our first order & had great banter while serving. Everyone we spoke to said similar remarks about him which speaks extremely highly to please so many people. As we had a night flight coming & going we missed the dinner session but they let us have dinner the day we left even after checkout which isn’t always a guarantee we have found so we were very happy about that. The bad - not even bad really but maybe some things (nit-picking really) which we thought we should mention so could possibly be fixed to make this a 5 star :) The pool itself had a few loose tiles towards the waterfall part, the spa needs some updates as it’s a bit dated and finally the bar needs more seating & the plants can block your view of the stage. All of these didn’t cause any issues but as above fixing this could mean the resort is a 5 star. For visitors bear in mind there’s a refundable 100 euro deposit, they refund it when you check out so this just something to bear in mind. Also not all drinks are part of the all inclusive but they had their version of most spirits and the lager was great! From both of us we want to say thank you to the staff for making our holiday so memorable and for going above & beyond.

Thank you to the staff and the other guests for making a good holiday a great one. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Edgar and dayana are just absoutely amazing and do everything they can to keep you entertained and involved and put everything into their evening entertainment. Edgar remembers 10 names in a heartbeat and has many talents. 8Mario silva was brilliant and even had me on stage :) the bar and kitchen staff are always there to help Andreia Numo filipa and joiee hyst brilliant! The Manager was always there to help the guests. The meals offered outside the hotel were actually really really good and the guy driving from Brasil was also absolutely brilliant! The beer was good and the cocktails were lovely although we weren't keen on the wine (white). For me the food was nice, but from a 5 star hotel you'd expect more choice. The bar by the pool was absolutely brilliant, but closed too early and the barbecue wasn't available which could be put down to the time of year. However the weather was good enough to warrant it. The room had 2 single beds pushed together but were comfortable. The room had absolutely everything you need and was exceptionally clean so again credit to the hardworking staff. The location was great in a quiet area with plenty of transport if needed. The restaurants and bars near the hotel were faultless. Thanks guys for a really great time Michael and Laura

Very clean hotel. Accommodation is apar**ent style with kitchen and dining area. Swimming pool as usual suitable for polar bears. So cold. We were all inclusive . What a disappoin**ent. Break was excellent. No complaints. Lunch: Starts at 12.30 and hot food will be hot. After1.00 all hot food will be cold. Dinner: Buffet style food after it is put out will remain for the duration. Cold soup, chips, meat etc. Every so often staff member appears and stirs the rice, soup with a spoon and disappears. Maybe casts a spell to reheat the food. Interesting technique＞ Alcoholic drinks are local and the wine available is also of a poor quality. This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a low 3 star. Stay anywhere but here.

Excellent stay, will definitely be back. Very good value. They have buffets and ( on all-inclusive) specialty restaurants (must be booked in advance). Of course for the price you pay you shouldn't expect fine dinning or expensive cocktails, but my experience overall was well above my expectations. I must say the staff work very hard to provide the best service, from the reception team, to cleaning and restaurant teams, I have met dozens of them (even from sister hotels/restaurants) and all of them were genuinely helpful and attentive. Well done to all of them from the bars, pools, reception and restaurants, and the guys who drives us around to the other restaurants. Even my partner who is a bit fussy gave them a five stars review.

Fantastic hotel the staff are very friendly and it is very clean. The food is great and there is a good variety. You can eat at other hotels in the chain and there is a lot to choose from. The transfers are done by the actual hotel and the drivers are very considerate. Definitely come again.
