Идеальное расположение, если вы хотите остановиться рядом с пляжем. Пешком до центра города Албуфейра, около 15 минут. Ванную комнату нужно отремонтировать, но это 3-звездочный отель. Кровать очень удобная. Кондиционер был идеальным! В нашем номере была очень красивая терраса с видом на пляж.

The location is great, however there is party going on every day until 11, which makes it impossible to rest before 11. We also found lice in the room.

The hotel is situated in a nice spot right by the beach that is absolutely beautiful. By walking on the beach you can get to town which is well worth visiting. The main pool does have all the entertainment during the day, such as aerobic and kids games. There is one bar by the pool serving some selection of snacks, I.e. toasts, fruits, drinks. It is by order, not a pick and choose by yourself. The main restaurant is accessible by the lift as it is on the 7th floor. Views are gorgeous. The staff in the restaurant was amazing, very friendly, and very accommodating and made our stay a very enjoyable one special thank you to Tikal and Sami . It is a small hotel not as some big village like places so if you look for a nice stay without much walking that is for you. People do reserve sunlounges very early onh so even though we did not want to do it we ended up waking up early just to put our towels on as otherwise we wouldn't have a nice sunlounges and having 2 kids would be hard to manage. A bit slippy and hilly in places. Evening entertainment was too late for our kids to enjoy, so we skipped that. Overall we had an amazing time.

We have been coming 5 years now and was disappointed this time as the food was lukewarm and seemed to have lots more fish than meats we also noticed that it’s changed a lot… lots of large parties of lads getting hammered with young children around also only 1 toilet being used by men and women and left in a disgusting mess, plug sockets hanging off and unusable… the cleaning staff were lovely and it needs to be updated and freshened up some of the bar staff were miserable and didn’t seem that they wanted to be there… the Portuguese chefs were brilliant a few years ago but they had different in there this time and the food wasn’t as nice it seemed that the fries were from the lunchtime…. And the food wasn’t hot just warm or even cold but I still like it there but will be looking at somewhere else for October unfortunately 🥺

Water 1 bottle of 1 l for 5 days is all we got for 3 persos,never cleaned and changed beds in this 5 days .. not even one Spon in room we booked 3 people and all we had left in room was 2 cups also in bathroom too also towels for 2 people ...very disappointed...not even a welcome in at reception when we came first day ,food the same if you didint eat in morning you had at lunch and also at dinner very small.changed ... very but very disappointed for the money we paid and what we got, never ever again for sure ,next time we will try something else.at eleven a clock everyone we must go to sleep .

ust returned from a 5 day trip at this Mónica Isobel…. First impressions the staff were lovely and the entertainers are brilliant throughout the day and night. The rooms are dated, toilet was broke. Bath was stained room (307)… AC hardly worked and we couldn’t figure out how to make it work when we wanted. The food is okay, we chose to eat out due to tea time being very repetitive. Salads, deserts and soft drinks are good for all inclusive. Alcoholic drinks on all inclusive were hard to stomach. Cheap vodka mixed with 0 sugar soft drinks made us switch drinks very quickly. Pints and wine served in warm paper cups needs to change asap. People are on holiday and should be enjoying their drinks. Sadly on the last day we checked out gave our bags to reception and ours friends went missing. The hotel didn’t really help and we have heard nothing since arriving home. Ruined our holiday leaving on a negative as we enjoyed our stay and met some lovely people at the complex. I would recommend the location, the staff and parts of the holiday. For the right price it’s worth a visit but if you’re spending a lot hoping for the best I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Maybe we had higher expectations but the reality of bags being stolen in the hotels hands is not good enough nor did they try compensate or help.

I have been to this hotel 4 times now .currently here just now .the location is just great .the all inclusive is fab value as the food is great .rooms are very clean and comfortable ,plenty clean towels and the beds are spotless.staff are courteous and can't do enough for you,some people want 5 star ,I say off you go then and give us all peace.be back next year.

Me and my partner went for 5 nights all inclusive and wasn’t sure if we made the right decision after reading the reviews… But we were pleasantly surprised! We had a very spacious room in the main building with a huge balcony, which was always kept very clean. Yes the rooms need a bit of an update, but this didn’t dampen our stay, we had amazing sea views! The food was really good and always had quite a good selection as were the drinks. The hotel staff and entertainment team were always so friendly and made us feel welcome. The only thing I would say is that they need more toilet facilities throughout the hotel and we felt like we were always waiting for a lift… There’s lots of stairs to get to various different levels for the restaurant/ reception etc! The hotel is situated right on the sea front which we loved and easy 5 minute drive to both the new and old town! All in all a brilliant stay and we would love to return!
