Плюсы этого отеля заключались в том, что у него была хорошая парковка, цена была дешевле, чем у других в этом районе, и у них была аренда пляжа. Минусы заключались в том, что отель должен был быть отремонтирован, но он был очень некачественно собран, а номер был очень грязным. Под кроватью были клубки шерсти домашних животных, видимая плесень, растущая на растворе в ванной, пятна на диване, накипь вокруг крана и красный порошок / ржавчина за дверью ванной. Полы линолеума отслаивались, затемненные шторы были устаревшими и плохо загораживали уличное освещение, а стены были очень тонкими. Из комнаты можно было слышать любые шумы (шаги, разговоры и соседние комнаты). После платы за отель / удобства цена была не намного ниже, чем в других отелях, поэтому я рекомендовал бы выложить больше, чтобы получить лучший опыт.

Front desk personnel: Tiona and Courtney were great! Room was clean and comfortable! Shower needs to be replaced! Not on the beach, about one block away. Very good breakfast. I would stay there again.

For being in a good location with a reasonable price, we were expecting some flaws... surprise surprise, we found everything spotless and the crew helpful and friendly. Already recommended it to a couple of friends.

Rooms were adequate. A little dated but mostly clean. Enjoyed the stay overall. Location was convenient to beach, restaurants and bars. Close to Fernandina shopping and marina. They charge a resort fee of $36.00 per night which offers wagons, beach chairs and bicycles for free. Hot tub and pool were clean. Moderate breakfast of bagels, cereal, yogart, juice, coffee and muffins Overall good experience... mini vacation. i was alone and felt safe.

Breakfast is a muffin and coffee or tea to go , cleaning people very kind bar was very loud wasn’t worth the free drink basically the bartender was the loud one , nice pool area , with hammock , a lot of areas under construction but room was clean receptionist was very kind and so much free stuff ie;bikes drinks coupon for free app at local restaurants close to the beach

I was there for the weekend, the clean was so so,no soap or clean water to drink.the sink faucet was very old a dripping water as well the shower.very noisy. It was a very last minute,so I have to stay. I will not recommend also it is listed as a hotel but it is a motel,big difference

Key did not work for door. I had to return to the front desk 3 times before they sent maintenance to try to fix lock. They could not fix it so I just stayed the night without a key. Then another guest about an hour later unlocked the door and walked in on me. His key worked.

Good experience overall however when I checked out I noticed there was a 10 dollar a day parking fee for parking in a empty lot this pissed me off solution put it in your dam fee don’t tack on the end

Was unable to check into my room until after 7 PM TV did not work towels were damp was unable to get clean towels until the next day staff was friendly and did the best they could but the experience was not the best to celebrate my birthday plus website, Said bar and pool tables. But they’ve been closed for over three months. Very disappointed.

This hotel is clean. The fixtures and doors are old. There seems to be plenty of insulation, we never heard our neighbors. It has good water pressure.

When I got to the hotel to check in around 345pm, my room was not ready for the 4pm check-in, along with 5 other customers. They told me maybe 45minutes to an hour longer. We left to go to church and get dinner. We came back around 7pm, I didnt get the room I reserved. I asked for 2 beds, I got 1 bed and a full kitchen. When I went back to ask about changing rooms, she said there were no rooms available. It was not a good experience from the start...

Not for me. The property is well worn, no elevator, and it is noisy. There were honking horns in the parking lot and some unidentifiable sound most the night. Only one bar of soap provided, your key card must be to be reactivated daily. Just No. it was the only place available on short notice: I see why.

The location is great, the room decent but beware of your charges. Incidental fees of $50 deposit and $10.70 parking fee, with the $50 supposedly a pending charge to be credited back…has turned into a billing nigh**are!! Although the representative helping was patient and understanding of this over charged nigh**are, it is very frustrating and completely unacceptable, since this hotel was not authorized to bill my card for any charges other than the incidental fee. We’ve stayed at the hotel a few times in the past but this was the last. I will not support a business whom will rip you off!! Be aware of your charges if you choose to stay at this hotel.
