Despite having a sufficient number of staff, the service during the coffee break was mediocre—thermos flasks were not checked, and there was a lack of organization and availability among the waitstaff. The terrace, however, is lovely and very bright, with a view of the sea."

"I recently stayed at this hotel called the Magistic, and I have to say that the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were confronted with persistent cigarette odors in the rooms, which was extremely unpleasant. The lack of working heating made the cold nights uncomfortable. The only means of heating was a noisy air conditioner, making it difficult to rest. The bathroom also left something to be desired: a single light bulb in the middle provided insufficient lighting, and the shower leaked everywhere, flooding the room after each use. The breakfast was minimalist, far from what one would expect, even in terms of basics. For a property of this category, it was a real disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel and hope that some improvement will be made to these many negative points."

"My stay at Hotel Rym El Djamil was overall a very good experience. The view from the pool and the beach was beautiful. However, the beach closes relatively early, which was a bit disappointing since we visited in July and could not enjoy it during sunset or at night. The food was good and varied, though the staff were not particularly smiling—perhaps due to the high number of guests at that time. The room was generally clean, but there were some issues, such as needing to request towel changes occasionally, and the balcony was a bit dusty. On a positive note, the cleaning lady was very nice, welcoming, smiling, and warm. One area for improvement would be the animation and entertainment, which were almost absent during our stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit with minor points that could be improved."
