Отель расположен примерно в 3 км от станции канатной дороги Mont Blanc Skyway. К услугам гостей бесплатная парковка и отель с горячими источниками. Удобства относительно старые, но очень уникальные. Не так много людей наслаждаются горячими источниками, а также есть сауна на открытом воздухе. Завтрак изысканный и вкусный Вечером в холле бесплатные напитки и десерты. Приду снова в следующий раз

Мы действительно хорошо провели время, чистое и хорошо организованное помещение, фантастический вид, внимательный персонал. Я обязательно вернусь!

Perfect hotel to enjoy relax. Good dinner and staff was friendly and explained everything we needed.

QCTerme Chamonix - довольно грязный, бесполезный стол и плохо управляемый. Сотрудников заставляют отказываться обслуживать запросы клиентов из-за камер наблюдения повсюду! Держитесь подальше от этого спа! В регионе Чам и за туннелем МБ есть гораздо лучшие варианты.

Легко найти вдали от главной дороги. Мы остановились на одну ночь в середине недели и приехали после обеда, поэтому у нас было полтора дня посещения спа-центра. Прием был приятным и многоязычным. Из спален открывался великолепный вид на горы и сады. Комната была большая, с просторной ванной. Но затирка в ванной сильно обесцвечилась и нуждалась в уходе. Кроме того, в номере или даже в отеле нет утюга - это минус, поэтому убедитесь, что вы гладите то, что вам нужно, прежде чем приехать. Спа-центр выглядит так, будто его расширили, и здесь есть все, что можно попробовать. Так что не пропустите. Им следует повесить на стены карту (как в других спа-центрах QCTerme), чтобы вы знали, где найти различные спа-комнаты. Еда была обильной и на хорошем уровне. Обязательно воспользуйтесь апертивом в 17:00, включенным в стоимость вашего пребывания. Еще одним недостатком была тесная парковка внизу, и у них нет точек зарядки автомобилей - опять же минус. Хотя это было очень приятно, и мы прекрасно провели время, они больше не могут сказать, что это 4-звездочный отель.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The Spa was absolutely fabulous, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, varied and special touches! We believe we may have received an upgrade to room on the 4th floor, which had a stunning view. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though it's starting to show some signs of wear and tear. However, these minor issues didn't detract from our overall experience. We were puzzled by the flower placed in the toilet—it would have been much nicer to have it in a glass to admire instead. The only real downside was the heat in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if the hotel could provide fans for guests to help with this. Especially as with teh window open the noise from the road was disturbing. We are very glad we chose to visit and are already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Lovely comfortable hotel with amazing balcony views of Mont Blonc. The rooms are alpine style with a nice comfortable bed, tea, coffee and mini bar. Restaurant evening meal was tasty and breakfast caters for a wide variety of food and drink

Considering the price of 430€ per night for one standard double room, this hotel is unreasonably expensive for what it offers. The building needs renovation, especially the rooms (and even more the bathroom!!) that are nothing else than a standard room in any average 3 stars hotel anywhere else which hasn’t been renovated in some decades - you can hear the traffic passing by on the street in front of the hotel, the noisy fridge during the night as well as everything that happens in the corridor and in the other rooms next door - very noisy especially in the morning when people go to breakfast and the cleaning staff is busy in making the rooms. The SPA/Thermal area is the only nice and up to date area but the staff at the SPA reception when I asked what were the options in terms of “activities” / features of the SPA area - as it was the first time for us there - just told us: “you get in and you’ll find there the path” … and they didn’t show any proactivity in asking us if we needed some towels for the sauna or some flip flops or anything else… and that’s it in regards to the service of a 4-Star QC Wellness Hotel! On the check-out day, despite the “do not disturb” sign hanging on the door, the cleaning lady just entered our room before the checkout time to see if she could already start making the room. For the breakfast (which is a good but not an exceptional one) if you want you can order an omelette….but you have to pay it extra!!! Considering that we spent 860€ for 2 nights…isn’t this ridiculous?!? All in all it’s a matter of value for money: the Spa is ok, the hotel not - I’d suggest to anyone to look for a stay in another hotel and if interested in the thermal/spa area to buy the daily entrance fee. A correct price for the hotel rooms in the current not renovated conditions shouldn’t exceed the 200€/night (which in my opinion would still be expensive!).

Not a very good welcome after long drive. Car park not booked …no indication one needed to. Room gloomy and small, one hard chair, balcony only one chair too. Bathroom inadequate for 4 star hotel, bath needs upgrade, no tissues. Wardrobe has irritating hangers bolted on so you cant pinch them….not really necessary, impossible to hang things up on. Restaurant good though and service there excellent. Wont be back, not until they upgrade

I had a great time at QC termemontebianco. The hotel has a breathtaking view on Mount Blanc and it is very picturesque and well organised. The spa is beautiful and the treatments high quality. The breakfast prepared by miss Franca exquisite! I came back to London completely regenerated. I absolutely recommend it :) Ambra

Terrible massage where the masseuse started playing pop music during the massage, poor attitude by the staff all round, they didn't want to be there. Don't waste your money or time. A lot of the saunas and steam rooms were closed.
