Divina Suites Hotel Boutique Adults Only

I want to thank you for the excellent service, and accommodations, during our recent stay.  I requested the ground floor and we could not have been more pleased with our suite. The suite was very roomy and well appointed.  Breakfast each day at our door was outstanding.  Being able to have our day begin in the room, with fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt, breads, cured meats and cheeses was a start to a perfect day. The room and the grounds were always clean and fresh.  The staff always ready to help and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a best value, most comfortable and quietest room we have ever had the pleasure.

A beautiful place to stay. Perfectly located in Ciutadella, very near the cathedral. We stayed in one of the Angel suites which had a king sized bed, separate living area, huge shower, and small terrace. It was on the top floor and very quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi and good air con. A breakfast basket was delivered each morning with fruit, bread, cheese, ham, pastries and yoghurt, and the kitchenette in the suite had coffee, tea, milk, water, jams. The concierge team, Lina and Laura, were brilliant! Both spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Prior to our visit they had sent restaurant recommendations and booked some for us, and then when we arrived gave us ideas about things to do, maps, bus timetables and free tickets to attractions in Ciutadella. They also helped with luggage and taxis. We highly recommend this place!

This is our second visit of (I hope) many more. We chose the Angel Suite IV again because we just love the little balcony overlooking the bustling street - perfect for morning coffee and late night drinks. The breakfast bag concept is excellent! I like the surprise element - sometimes there are eggs, sometimes croissant or maybe pain au chocolate - but every day there are oranges for making fresh juice with the juicing machine, yoghurts, bread, cheese and meat enough to last the whole day. Lina & Laura and great - so helpful for taxi, restaurant and bus advice. The rooms are spotlessly clean with great quality toiletries and amenities. I don’t have one issue with this wonderful little place and I can’t wait to go again next year

Excellent Apart Hotel in the centre of Ciutadella with great concierges on reception. Loads of quality restaurants nearby.

Beautiful place, Lena & Laura are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are lovely and well thought out, also very clean. No lift so if not great on stairs, stay on a lower floor. Great location, literally a 2 minute walk from the centre and yet so quiet once there - peaceful and a good night's sleep. Breakfast is delivered in a little basket to your door each morning and if you want to change anything then the girls are eager to help. Loved the fresh oranges and the juicer! Everything about Divina Suites is perfect - we loved it!

We loved staying at Divina. The hotel was beautifully presented and the location was right in the heart of the old town. A stones throw from the best food in Ciutadella. The room was cool (a very welcome relief from the 30 plus temps outside.) and exceptionally comfy. Also have to mention Lena and Lara, the girls on reception. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. All in all, a fabulous 10 day stay. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay in the town, exceptional staff, immaculate rooms. My only constructive feedback would be that we thought we had booked a private car transfer to collect us from the airport. In fact they had booked us a shuttle bus which meant a potential 1.5hr wait at the airport which we didn’t want as we were only there 4 nights and arrived late. Jumped in a cab for 65 euros instead. For 300 euros a night, I wouldn’t even think about a shuttle bus so just check what you have booked.

This small hotel is very smart. The rooms are suites, with a kitchenette. They are well furnished and ooze quality. Some suites have a balcony. Ours did, with roof top views and was a great spot for breakfast, lunch, drinks! The breakfast basket was really good. Oranges, for juice, pastries, bread ,cheese ham and yoghurt. No end of Nespresso capsules! The Divina is right in the heart of the old town. Perfect!

Fabulous stay. Location couldn't be better, so close to bars, restaurants and shops but peaceful and calm. The suite had absolutely everything you could ever need, even an electric juicer! Lena was wonderful so helpful and friendly, even gave me a mini birthday cake and card.
