El apartamento estaba bien y muy limpio. Lo único que diría es que el agua de la ducha no salía con mucha presión y el armario del dormitorio estaba un poco en mal estado.

As expected from reviews, the apartments were clean but very dated and in need of refurbishing. However, the location was brilliant, the set up of the complex was ideal, we stepped out of our apartment onto the poolside. The complex was obviously preparing for the new season, during the week we stayed, the buildings were being painted, trees were being trimmed and 4 days in, the pool started to be cleaned daily. Could not fault the staff, very friendly and helpful. Got plenty of clean towels when requested. The lady that served us our breakfast every day worked so hard and did her best to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. Reception staff were polite and very welcoming. We had a couple of issues, insects in the apartment and a broken toilet, once reported, these were dealt with, within the hour. Disappointed at the lack of TV and WiFi, that were advertised as part of the package. We had a TV in the apartment, but no signal and WiFi only seemed to work at certain times of the day and if you were in or near reception. This was a bit of a pain as I had to keep in contact with work and it wasn't always possible, so ended up having to buy more data on my phone. Overall had a good stay at these apartments, be prepared for basic and you won't be disappointed.

After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about these apartments. But needn't of worried for what you pay for I thought they were good value for money yes they are a bit dated but they were clean and spacious and had all you needed for a self catering holiday we had a room facing the pool . The only critic was the 2 Spanish channels on the television no English ones in our room but we weren't in long enough to watch it tbh . We used our phones once we were in of a night . In a good location as well . I think for people who come in on a later flight like us they could do with something to get water or anything to drink or sell some behind reception as most supermarkets close between 8-10 . They have a food place for breakfast /dinner/tea which was used a fair bit . All in all we enjoyed our stay here it's a shame we had to leave a little early to go home family emergency.

We arrived on the opening day and the staff were very transparent that a lot of them were new. We got early check in for free because nobody had stayed so that was a win, and as we travelled from different parts of the UK, Reception were great with staggered arrivals. As soon as we got changed we went poolside and could already see that the birds absolutely loved the pool, which would usually be ideal on a stag doo! Michael who worked in the bar/restaurant was a great host, he even came to the bars after closing, what a great man. It’s a 2* hotel so you can’t expect the ritz but it was clean, everything provided, everything comfy and it’s very well located. Would be more than happy to return! €3.50 for a pint, that’s the main detail ya need!

Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean had everything we needed in it, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pools were amazing. Cleaners came every other day. Location was ideal for shops and restaurants. Had a visit from a friendly cat thoroughly enjoyable holiday will definitely book again.

Could not fault this apartment/ Hotel after reading reviews I was apprehensive but it was great,pool was lovely although very deep,rooms basic but clean and they did have air conditioning must be a new addition, very well situated with bus stop directly outside hotel reception, main restaurants and bars ,shops etc all in main road outside hotel but not noisy,staff very friendly .

A friendly welcome and very helpful staff which was a lovely way to start our holiday. The apartment was spacious clean and located next to the smaller pool which was perfect, always sun beds available and very peaceful. The location of Los lentiscos couldn’t be better at the end of the main ***** with bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, also the bus stop is right outside the entrance which is great to get you into ciutadella in 20 min at a cost of €1.70 which we did many times. Breakfast was included in our Loveholidays booking which for what we paid was excellent value. This was a bonus holiday for us with a limited budget but exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend Los lentiscos for friendliness and location appealing to families couples or a solo traveller. The location was perfect to watch the sunset. The Taxi from the airport cost €63, we got the bus on the return, Bus no: 61 Los lentiscos to Perimental (ciutadella) Change to Bus no: 14 Mahón Express Change to Bus no: 10 to airport, this was all pretty simple and took 1hr 30min at a total cost of €11 each.

Reception staff are brilliant maintenance man is great apartment was roomy and clean we had a view of the pool on ground floor great location but cleaning staff are none existent never seen one all week and had to beg for clean towels

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights in September. I was rather concerned after looking at some of the reviews (after I’d booked) and we really did not know what to expect. Checkin was easy and we got to our room and it was more than i expected. The room had air con’, it was clean, had a pleasant balcony and the beds were comfy. It’s basic but clean. At the price we paid we were very pleased with the room. The location is at the top of a main road but it’s very quiet, easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants and bars. It’d be great for families with younger children as the area seems to cater for them. We would return here if we were looking for a short cheap and cheerful getaway.
