"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived late at night and was given a room that was already occupied — I literally opened the door to find someone else inside, just as shocked as I was. An unacceptable security and privacy issue. I was then moved to an outdated, dirty room in an older building (pieces of the wall were falling apart, there was not even a chair in the room…). At checkout, I’ve been told that the hotel was not able to issue an invoice due to all the confusion. Not an isolated incident it seems, my colleague faced the same issues. I raised a formal complaint, but received no reaction or response. Total disorganization, and lack of service— avoid this hotel at all costs."

Транспортное сообщение было удобным: станция метро находится в 400 метрах и идет прямо в центр города, а автобусная остановка — в 150 метрах, откуда можно добраться до других районов. Кровати и подушки были удобными. Мы провели тихие, спокойные и очень приятные 6 ночей. Единственным недостатком было отсутствие холодильника."
