Never go wrong booking with this hotel, all the stafs afe friendly

Great place very accomodating staff

We stayed Nov at the 3rd floor back view and it was so hot specially in the morning time were the sun is facing the window. You cannot stand to stay in the room and bear the hot tempreture inside the room. And in the evening since you need to open the window to let cold wind circulate in the room but the downside you can hear the loud voice of other guest chatting until late hours. Even if they have reminders in the room about the silent time is from 10pm. I called the receptionist to complain but still they havent dont anything about it. I guess the hotel managment should consider installing aircondition since we all aware about the climate change. Its not that cold anymore in baguio considering its already November.

We are regular guests of this hotel. Only comment was, some room ammenities need improvements, like facial tissues, kitchenette utensils and complimentary tea/coffee bar.

Cleaning service can further improve: replace towels, clean the floor. The rest is average.

I needed to request for bath towels everyday. After cleaning they did not even replenish the towels & the water, it was also noisy since the rooms are facing the parking, if you close the windows it’ll be hot since there are no A/C’s

No aircon so it can get hot specially in the afternoon. Maybe it is okay in colder months but for summer and the month of june it was quite hot in the afternoon as there was no aircon and there was no breeze coming in. We were transferred to another room facing the room and somehow it was better as the breeze was coming in. The bathroom smelled bad though

Everything is good however airconditioning is not available in the room. When you open the window to let some air in, there are loud voices from other guests and insects entered the room.

We had a rough booking process but in the end it was smoothen out. This was due to the typhoon that hit the country hard the day before. Trip was helpful in extending their service which as always is efficient. Our stay check in and our stay was nice. It was restful mostly but the first night. There was a bunch at the parking (room 451) who were loud even at wee hours. The lobby was nicely decorated with Christmas trees, figurines and there were dozens of lights. It was magical! The weather was terrific too. Upon checking there’s PhP3000 deposit which was returned to us upon our checkout. Our checkout process took us about 10 mins. We

Whenever we go to Baguio, we always stay at Forest Lodge. Why do we keep coming back? Because they will always make you feel at home. Sometimes unexpected situations come up and that’s the time you will actually witness what cuts this hotel above the rest. I was recently diagnosed with asthma and since I wasn’t aware of all my triggers, I didn’t know that the fumes and the delicious smell from the kitchen would worsen my condition. Our rooms were close to the kitchen and I kept coughing so hard that my husband called the nurse. The manager (Neil Dominic), the nurse and the bellboy came to my rescue. They transferred us to a different floor in just a few minutes. The nurse checked my oxygen and even bought me my prescribed meds from the drugstore to make me feel better. After that, I was getting well already and yet, the manager and the nurse kept checking on us. They also told us that there is a standby shuttle ready to take us to the nearest hospital anytime. They delivered service beyond my expectations in such a short time. Our whole family feels we are really safe and well-taken cared of whenever we are there. Because of this, I will always call Forest Lodge my home in Baguio. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay there this Jan 2024. We look forward to seeing you soon.

We requested the changes in our booking through Ms. Katherine Perez last Saturday, 18 May 2024. We informed her that since my sister and her husband confirmed to join us , hence we requested for the revision of our reservation. We told her we saw the ad that costs P7,500 in one room and we would like to avail that promo. She assisted us for the booking and informed us that we will be paying additional amount of P3,375.00 which we agreed to pay upon check in. She only emphasized to us that we can no longer avail for the privilege discount of the seniors since we are already availing the hotel''s promo. She even sent us an email as proof of the balance amount we have to settle. However, when we arrived at the check in counter, they are already charging us extra for the 4th person which is not what was discussed to us by Ms. Perez. In the end, we are at the losing end and just have no choice but to pay because she was not allowed by Mr. Cabajar, Assistant Front Office Manager to speak to us to give clarification about the matter. There's no problem for us to pay the right amount as long as it is properly disclosed with us in the beginning . It is even our wedding anniversary that we chose your hotel for us to celebrate and unwind. We didn't expect that we will be disappointed in a way. Where is the saying that I just hope no more client/patron would ever feel the same way.

it took us quite long during check-in. Better not to book under ctrip. The rooms on Ctrip was under private party, not under forest lodge(it seems tgat forest lodge sold some rooms to private party). Hence, you have to collect room key from private party, all the services will only be provided by this private party. but there is no way for us to find this private party as the contact number left in our bookong details is the line of forest lodge, and the staff refused to entertain us as the room we booked via ctrip is privately owned and has nothing to do with them. After some negotiation, the hotel staff talked to the private party and gave us the room key. This is the most weird check-in i have experienced. after check-in, no tissue in the room, they said run out of stock, this is very funny, its your duty to make sure the room supplies are sufficent for customers. the service standard is below market standard....
