Sun Suko Boutique Resort & Yoga Retreat

Good place to chill, away from noisy street, with nice mountain view. Little far to the beach but still in walking distance. Excellent food, great breakfast, plenty of drinking water. Nice place as a base for diving, trecking and sightseeing activites.

Our first time in Bali and we decided to start our holiday at Sun Suko Boutique Retreat in Pemuteran. Best decision ever! What a lovely, serene place to relax and unwind. Everyone is super friendly, the food and drinks are amazing (food: be sure to order one hour in advance as everything is made for you on the spot). 𝘛𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘢 𝘬𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘩 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘢𝘬 to the team and to Anja for creating such a serene place in a unique spot in Bali. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Sun Suko is truly a wonderful, hidden gem. The resort, the friendly staff, the amazingly, fresh prepared food (all from local suppliers and fishermen). The rendang and the freshly baked bread are winners, so so delicious. This serene place is truly Paradise on earth. Thank you and we hope to come back someday. Greetings from Mr. Marco

We loved this small hotel. Lovely pool. Set back along a lane about 500 metres south of the main road. We had Dragon room. So comfortable with a shower open on one side to the hills. Good AC. We stayed 2 nights and could have stayed a week. We ate in one night and had delicious oven baked barramundi with lemon grass. The hotel recommended the snorkelling trip with West Bali Explorer which was excellent (they provided the lunch which was a mediocre chicken sandwich so I would choose nasi goreng next time). Will certainly return

Wonderful hotel with uniquely designed 1A rooms, surrounded by nature, a beautiful pool, yoga and garden, very friendly staff, just a short walk away from town and the beach. The food was exceptionally delicious - a complete 5 * recommendation

This has been our second stay at Sun Suko, and we already booked a 3rd stay with them :-) We love coming back, because it's like coming home to family! Sun Suko is exactly what we need when we travel to Bali: a beautiful, peaceful, intimate place to stay, which is full of love. Every single room at Sun Suko has its own theme and is decorated accordingly with great detail. The rooms are big, bright, and comfortable and offer all you need, including a fridge and AC for those hot Bali days. Breakfast is probably my favorite part of the days we spend at Sun Suko. Nothing beats their freshly brewed Bali kopi, their freshly made fruit juices, and their homemade Yugurth with Müsli....to die for! They also offer lunch and dinner, which should preferably be pre-ordered because they prepare it all fresh for you. Please don't let the distance from the hotel to the beach push you away from choosing Sun Suko Retreat as your next destination. The hotel offers free bicycles for you to use. Dive centers typically can and will pick you up/drop you off, and you can simply walk the short distance. We love walking down the alley and chit-chatting with locals along the way. Trust me: the hotels by the beach are quite loud due to their location right on the busy main road. Big thank you goes out to Anja, the owner, and all of her wonderful staff. They all made us feel very special and welcomed, and we can not wait to see them all again very, very soon.

I had the most wonderful time staying at Sun Suko for two weeks. The hotel is beautiful, very quiet but yet close enough to restaurants and the beach. A big and clean room, an amazing pool and a beautiful yoga barn made my days. The team is lovely, the owner inspiring and the food delicious. I had booked a retreat package including fantastic Yoga classes and massages and my mind and body felt nourished more and more every day. I would have loved to stay even longer and hope to come back any time soon.

What a incredible place in Bali to stay. My fiancée has stayed at this beautiful place before and she took me here and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the moment i walked in the Door of Sun Suko i felt peace and so relaxed. The owner made me feel so welcome like you were family. The staff were incredible and so lovely. The food at Sun Suko was a 10/10 First time doing yoga with a private instructor and she was so kind, pure and amazing teacher. have been to Bali 5 times but never had this experience The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. So glad i found this beautiful place and miss it already 🫶

Sun Suko is my home away from home. This was my second visit to Sun Suko as last year I visited and loved it so much that I had to come back and this time I brought my partner who also loved it. Anna and the team make you feel like a part of the family. This is a home away from home. The villa complex is peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful rooms with incredible views. The restaurant serves delicious home cooked meals and at a great price. We ate mostly within Sun Suko as the food is that good! Yoga with Ari was amazing! Ari really takes the time to teach you poses and work with your fitness level. Location is perfect! Whilst it is a bit of a trip to get from the airport to Sun Suko I can honestly tell you that it is absolutely worth it! Plenty of activities to do around the area such as hiking, temple visits, snorkelling, and so much more. Otherwise you can take a short 10 minute walk to the town Center with restaurants, mini marts, ATMs, cash exchanges, souvenir shops, beauty parlours, etc. Or you can enjoy a relaxing day inside the hotel with the pool, and restaurant. Pemuteran is a wonderful area with less tourists so it gives you the opportunity to relax and explore without the busy atmosphere that more central areas of Bali have. I will always continue to stay at Sun Suko whenever I am in Bali and I am so grateful for Anja and the team. I consider them all great friends and I am so blessed to have met such beautiful people.
