Ответ от объекта размещения: First of all we have to sincerely apologize for your bad experience during your stay but we confirm that we change the new bed sheet every time that guest check out from the room. And we also checked on the cctv in front of the room that our maid changed it when guest check out. We are not indifferent to the incident that occurred, but we cannot really check why there is dirt on the mattress. However, from now on, we will instruct our housekeepers to thoroughly check more cafefully every time.

About hand soap and toilet paper rolls, during your stay if you didn't hang the sign in front of the room for make up requested for security and privacy purpose our maid will not enter your room so we did not fill up any amentities for you but you can tell our staff directly if yoou need anything. 2. For toilet flusing if you throw the toilet paper to the toilet it can make the toilet not easy to flush and when you flush you have to hold the button for 2-3 seconds for that it will have more water to come out.3. For water pressure before the shower heater it have another stop valve that another guest might be turn this valve a bit off that made the water pressure lower than usual.During your stay for 5 nights if you inform to our staff about the toilet flushing and the water pressure we are please to help you in any issue, we have to apologize again for your uncomfortable stay and hope that we can welcome you again next time that you visit Bangkok.
