Walked past here a hundred times and wanted a cheaper option than Novotel so took a punt. Bit worn around the edges but room was nice enough. Freindly helpfull staff. Sit out the front on the soi with a cold one and watch the world go by and of course great location whatever your in bkk for.

I stayed in the new section- very quiet and clean. Nice bathroom. No pool or balcony unfortunately but price was good and right in the middle of everything. Staff were friendly. Also close to BTS skytrain ( Nana station) Hard to beat the location for partying

An average hotel in the heart of soi 4 action. There is a range of rooms. The cheapest being very reasonably priced, as well as comfortable. Sadly no breakfast available but, plenty outside. The reception staff (all staff actually) are very pleasant. Yes - it's fine! I will return.

used to be a great old hotel with lots of expats frequenting the bar and plenty or regular stayers. But covid i think has killed this place looks like the owner has sacked all the old staff and cut all the service out !!!! will not be booking here again

They unfairly charged me for "dirty" towels and set up a pick up service over priced by 200 baht. Don't trust the people who work there! (One person was good, but that was out of many). They also cleaned my room after I asked them not to and threw away something that was essential to me. There only response was that it was too late because it had been thrown out, So, they don't listen, they cheat, and they lie.

Have been coming here for 38 years since hotel opened, Now it is no more than a nice hostel, all amenities have gone, no more full service bar, no more restaurant,no more room service, no more laundry service, but charge the same as full service hotel. Very disappointed will not be staying here again.

I've been staying here for years. Prior to the pandemic, they used to serve breakfast but do not now. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to the bars and plenty of restaurants close by. 7 Eleven and pharmacies are near also.

Have been coming here for many years. Most of the negative reviews I see are from families - this just isn’t the ideal hotel (it IS a hotel, not a hostel by any means) for a family with kids; neither the location nor the facilities. I think it’s great for solo travelers and maybe couples. Service is great, staff are friendly, helpful & responsive, and the room rates are reasonable. It IS in a bar area, and the soi (street) it’s on IS heavily trafficked. The rooms are clean & well-maintained. One-minute walk to Sukhumvit Road which is a main thoroughfare. No end of nearby restaurants, shops, bars, etc. And BTS station is not far (Nana Station). There’s even a mall within walking distance.

I stayed here for the last 12 years and always give a 5 star rating , this year was the same room rate with the following differences Restaurant shut, no laundry service , no tea and coffee in the room no bar (3 beers offered , air con shut off on reception for guests , snooker table gone .All no smoking rooms
