Hendre Coed Isaf

We have just gotten back a few days ago from a break at one of the pet friendly caravan! D21) and wow what a caravan in fact what a beautiful holiday park, the whole park is beautifully presented, All well maintained & doesn’t feel as though your just in a caravan park more of a resort abroad! There is a doggie walk area which is lovely and our doggie loved the area and smells, lovely and shaded too! The children’s pirate ship park is beautiful and very safe my child loved playing here and lots of seating for parents as well! The pool is undergoing works so sadly we didn’t have access to this but we where notified of this previous, We were offered to change booking to which we didn’t but gives us a great excuse to return in the future! The staff were so polite and helpful! The caravan with own patio area with gate was a dream come true allowing our family dog to be relaxed and for us to allow him to enjoy the freedom and the patio. We had a parking space right outside also which was so helpful! The caravan has a beautiful layout and modern feel to it, A very well sized bathroom with toilet and full size shower! Great size bedrooms double & two single beds with enough wardrobe space to unpack and feel like a second home for our stay! The smart tv was a nice touch and allowed us to enjoy movies from our own accounts at late nights such as (Netflix). The caravan was clean to a 10/10 with a fridge freezer and a bottle of wine to greet us in the fridge along with a very informative welcome pack! To stay at a pet friendly caravan in Barmouth and it to be at such a high standard was wonderful, Not having to feel like just for bringing our family pet your accommodation can some times differ from other adds that we had seen prior to finding Hendre Coed Isaf Holiday Park. We will be back in the future and we had a splendid holiday! Barmouth is an amazing place but our holiday wouldn’t of been what it was with out This amazing holiday park, We didn’t feel a rush to leave the park to start our holiday that started the minute we stepped in the van! Thank you all for our lovely stay!

Another fantastic stay. This time in the cottage. Can’t fault this place. Plenty of room and the hot tub a nice treat even in January 😀. Weather was fantastic too. Will be back again in January as we have bought a touring caravan and if they did hook up here we’d book. Keep it up guys 👍🤩

Beautiful caravan park with a stunning view and sound of the sea in the distance didn't get round to using on site restaurant as barmouth is only a short drive with plenty of choice, they also have a lovely looking pool but we didn't get to use due to weather

My family and I attended their New Year celebrations. There was a buffet, live singer and fireworks after midnight. The food was excellent and they dealt with our special dietary needs perfectly. The singer kept the party going with an excellent well sung selection of songs. Special mention to the staff who were all brilliant. This was one of the best new year celebrations we have attended 🥳🎊

Wow, what can I say about this place. Absolutely fantastic: from the sea views, spectacular sunset, lovely hot tub, pool and park close by and a fabulous meal at the site’s restaurant. The lodge was modern and clean and we throughly enjoyed the delights of Barmouth seaside town. Part of me wanted to not share such a good review as I don’t want others discovering this gem of a place but then that would be doing it a disservice. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

Stayed for a weekend in a lodge. Lodge was spacious and clean and had amazing sea views. The site itself is well looked after and has a great outdoor heated pool and outside seating area to enjoy drinks with a wonderful view. Meal in the Bay Restaurant was superb and staff were all extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend.

I’m writing in regards to a stay I had at Hendre Coed on Saturday 9th December 2023 for 3 nights in lodge E12. The lodge was booked in January 2023 and I had several communications up until about august 2023 when I paid the remaining balance. I had asked if there was a dvd player in the lodge as we like to watch Chris**as films in the lodge whilst enjoying the views. I was told they were available to hire for £10 but as it was my partners birthday they wouldn’t charge me this time and it would be put in the lodge for our arrival, which also showed on the notes section on my invoice. I had also asked if I was to send some banners and balloons in the post if they wouldn’t mind putting them in the lodge but I had quite an erupt email back basically saying no and I would have to pay the cleaners for their time? This is shocking customer service considering the price of the lodge and having stayed on your site a few times in privately rented caravans who are always willing to help and go the extra mile. We only really like your site for the views as I can’t say the same about the customer service skills. Myself, My Partner and My Mother in law arrived at around 3.45pm and let ourselves in via the key lock left outside the lodge in order to celebrate my partners birthday. The lodge itself was fine and the view was amazing but on arrival we noticed there was no dvd player. I called reception and the girl asked if we can pick one up from reception which we did, but then we noticed it wouldn’t connect to the tv, we decided we would leave it until the morning and ask again at reception. The lodge felt slightly cold and the bedrooms freezing so we tried to put the fire on but couldn’t work it out as only slight heat kept coming out, but no instruction manuals etc, we also noticed the radiators were slightly warm but wouldn’t get hotter even tho they were on number 5 which is the highest on the radiator. I wasn’t feeling great and was feeling the cold. My partner decided he was going to go in the hot tub but came back into me to say the water was freezing. By this point I was fed up and decided to call someone… It was around 8pm I called the office number which went through to a lady called Sam, She was very rude on the phone and when I mentioned about the heating she said “well turn it on then” I explained everything and she then went on to say the fire is for decoration purposes, we’ll surely this should be put in a notice then so people know. I also explained about the dvd player and she said “they shouldn’t say you can have one, they don’t connect to the new tvs, they don’t know etc but I explained that if they said I can have one then one should be provided. She kept talking over me and shouting down the phone and I had to say “can you please let me explain” I then explained that the hot tub was cold and she started muttering something about “young couples not knowing how to use things etc” She said she didn’t really want to come out but I said I w

We visited Hendre Coed Isaf for bonfire weekend again this year. This was our second year here and yet again we were overly impressed, even more so this year. Last year we rented two caravans, that were faultless but this year we decided to hire a lodge with hot tub and honestly it was a dream weekend. My only regret is I wish I’d have brought my dogs as I noticed how accommodating the whole site is for them. The whole place is absolutely spotless and everyone we came across has been so friendly and welcoming. We are in the restaurant Saturday night and the quality of the food is exceptional. Credit to the chef, our whole meal was perfect. I’d like to mention specifically one lady who served us at the restaurant in the evening, and who greeted us the following morning with information about the pool access and our check out times. I’m not sure her name or her roll at the site but she deserves the upmost credit, what a wonderful lady to have had the pleasure of meeting. My children and I are very grateful of meeting you (lady with short dark hair) In summery, I would HIGHLY recommend a visit here and we will without a doubt be returning again next year for the same weekend

5 nights at half term in platinum caravan. The 'van was spotlessly clean and modern. Equipped with comfortable seating and beds with a great kitchen and superb central heating system. The site is quiet and only a 20 minute walk from Barmouth. Excellent 👍👍👍👍👍
