很高興第一次到蘇比克就選擇這家飯店，員工非常友善，總是笑臉迎人！遇到問題都會幫忙解決，這次出遊遇到台灣除夕夜，還特別提供一個漂亮的用餐區讓我們使用！非常感謝！早餐在泳池畔邊用餐，非常特別！早餐也很美味！

Friendly Staff, Excellent service and wide pool! We booked Emerald Manor Hotel after I read reviews and the reviews are right, staff are friendly, they greet everyone with a smile. I think this is also important. Filipinos are known for their hospitality and beautiful smile. It made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Whenever we ask something from the housekeeping, they provided us with a speedy service. The pool is also large and wide, perfect for families. My 3yrs old enjoy the pool as well as my family. We booked the Family room and it was large. We were thinking of booking the family suite but it was already booked out but the family room is also good so we are happy. The complimentary coffee at the reception area is also good and the reception staff mentioned it to us which makes it better while we wait. The included breakfast is also delicious and serving is good. I would definitely recommend this especially for families.

I'm just glad to have discovered this gem. I initially booked this hotel for my daughter's 9th birthday getaway. It's very accessible and just a few minutes away from Zoobic Safari & Ocean Adventure. This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The room is so clean and spacious. Breakfast is superb! (Hoping for more options on our next visit. 😉) The pool area is wide, you can just stay there all day to chill and relax! I would also like to commend the staff for their hospitality and also granting my simple request for a happy birthday banner in the room. The surprise for my daughter was a success! They really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We really enjoyed our stay to the point that while we were still there, we are already planning a trip to come back by November for my 2nd daughter's 3rd birthday. What we loved most is the ambiance - quiet, clean, and very close to nature. It's like a home away from home. 💚

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We needed a room for the night but it made us wish we could stay longer. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. It would have been nice to just walk around and destress.

The room was spacious and the beds were big enough for two. I love the color accents in the room, it gives off youthful and light vibes. The CR is not so big, but it had complete lavatories. In addition, the staff were very friendly as my niece celebrated her 4th birthday at midnight and accommodated our requests. The coffee machine outside is also a plus! Overall good and clean ambiance

Very comfy! Fresh air as it is located on top of a mountain in Subic. You can see wild monkey's and huge fruit bats! big rooms compared to other hotels. Would be perfect if a free breakfast will be offered as there are no restaurants near the hotel. Overall, one of the best hotel in the area.
