First time bookers and the experience we had made us want to come back again, from the baggage parking to the room service food ordering to the surprise towel art. Everything was seamless and fussfree, staff working was also accommodating and friendly. Will come back again!

The vibes when you enter the hotels, feeling invited by the front office staff that is so friendly and during your breakfast the waitress make sure our tables are clean .

It was a cosy stay and value for money! Will plan to stay here again. The crew were warm and friendly. They make an effort to arrange birthday celebration for my friend. Thank you so much !

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Great location and value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Room size is decent, bathtub tub is full of stains and couldn’t be removed hence it’s no difference whether the bathtub exist or not. The room’s air conditioning is very bad even after informing the technician to fixed it. I have to use my pocket fan in order to sleep.

The location is strategic. Near Grand Mall Batam, Nagoya Hill batam and of course batam centre. The check in was smooth and the lobby smells gooood. The room was spacious for 2 people and clean. The breakfast buffet options were superb as well. As a Malaysian, the kuew tiaw goreng was yummy. Thanks again for the great hospitality.

🏠 hotel - looks and feel really old and don't think it has been renovated since opening - no mention of closure of the bar at lobby only upon arrival and asked that they said they close for 3 days ✨ room - housekeeping was super under standard, found cereal in the edges of the couch - housekeeping everyday ONLY made the bed, nth else got cleaned, threw the clothes we left on the bed either on the table next the standing lamp or the couch - aircon in the room was either super cold (even at lowest setting or off-ed and will be stuffy 🚽 toilet - horrible condition. bathtub was dirty, super hard to drain (unless drain plug is taken out) - NO hot water - when using the shower, tried to use the shower head but water will keep flowing from both taps - bidet had 0 water pressure - under the sink looked like it has never been cleaned and super rusty 🏊 amenities - indoor pool was so underwhelming there was only 3 chairs for u to sit beside the pool - genuinely looked really sad and small 🍳 breakfast buffet - nothing was nice, only fried kway teow was good, but only on the first breakfast, the next time we returned it was bad - bad spread/variety of food to choose from 👩🏻💼 service - overall was good, was greeted kind and friendly - helpful and helped us checked what we needed and got people to come check out the things pretty quickly - staff that came to check out the things needed wore boots into our room and toilet and left dirty foot prints 📍 location pretty central, grabbing around was okay but location not near any walkable convenient stores but 5mins drive to habourbay terminal and 15mins drive from batam centre terminal near nagoya by grab will not return again.

Great comfortable stay at AP Premier Batam. There is even a piano for guests to use at the lobby which was lovely for us to play and enjoy the music.

firstly is priority given for my request and i am absolutely happy and satisfy. all the staff present i am facing make my days wonderful and respectful. appreciate a lots secondly the peace of mine and quiet place for a good rest makes it wonderful trip in my entire days in batam will always be my good impression hotel whenever i will be in batam. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition. However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room. The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇
