Very good and value for money stay. Room is spacious and room service is prompt when requested. Perfect stay for a short getaway from the daily grind.

Hotel location was really great! Near to lots of malls and most importantly the room was big! My family and i really had a great stay in the hotel! The staffs were all friendly and helpful! Will definitely boom again if we were to be in batam!

Service is great Hotel is nice and clean Just the towels should change to new towel Because still old towel and even budget hotel now gives fair white new towel Should change the towel already. Stayed here few times still old towels

Good location and delicious breakfast

Thank You to all the staff the service was nice..I have a good expereience for my first time visit Batam Indonesia. The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam.

Needed a massage getaway to Batam. I previously stayed at Aston and was quite happy, but the price at the time of my visit was around 2x the usual due to the holiday season. I paid only around 50 sgd, really affordable for a king size room with a bathtub and sofa in the room. Property itself is older and in a way less clean than Aston but the breakfast was way better.

Stayed at AP Premier Batam with my wife for 3D2N. Staff were friendly and helpful to our enquiries. Room was spacious and clean, lighting was sufficient as well. Bedside power points also had standard USB connections for charging devices. Included breakfast, and the dining hall had natural lighting, as preferred by us. The spread of choices were enough, and they also had live stations for the usual eggs, as well as stir fry of your choice. Location is not far from Harbour Bay, but not near the major malls, which is not a major drawback, as we are okay with taking private hires to and from the hotel.

Horrible toilet with yellow discharge from shower head. No anti slip mat and my kid fell in the bathtub which was the only option there was no shower room. Toilet floor is constantly flooded and housekeeping didn’t even bother addressing the issue even when I raised it up

The location is very near to Harbour bay ferry terminal, car ride is like less than 5min. Very ideal for those travel via Harbour Bay ferry terminal. On one glance , as a local brand hotel, it looks decent, looks like a resort style hotel. While the hotel has amenities such as gym, pool, live pub, spa facilities, the room and breakfast falls short. Yes it provides a bathtub but the shower head is unadjustable, it does not provide facial cotton, only cotton buds, shower cap need to request…… the iron is the most basic iron, not steam iron where the clothes can iron better….. the pros is in the room, they provide a sofa couch and a movable coffee table. The breakfast is pretty average at best. They can’t do a proper soft boil egg, it’s either too hard or too raw, salad provided but no lettuce, salad dressing is very limited , hot food - nothing exactly nice, porridge is too gooey, their breakfast- nothing to shout about. Their service is very good though, the reception and the live egg station team has been very polite and friendly. Very good customer service from them. Room don’t seem too old though. Tried the Massage service at Wellness Center at ground level, price is very competitive and good massage skills. Overall, I saw it says it’s a 4* hotel. Facilities yes, but food standards and toilet I think more like 3 star hotel. if you don’t have budget and don’t mind basic breakfast and the toilet’s shower head, it’s quite ok to stay.

Stayed in room 553 for 2 nights. Had a mixed experience of both good and terrible so I’ll try to review objectively. Location wise it’s located in city center so convenient to grab a taxi or even walk to the Nagoya hill and nearby places. Good selection of breakfast options and the food from live cooking station was superb, especially the fried rice Regarding cleanliness, the reception was clean as expected, the 5th floor hallway had a smell of bad odor, but the room itself was relatively clean. Bathroom walls had a bit of mold stains left tho. As for the service, the female receptionist ( I couldn’t get the name correctly but something like ‘Diswannii’ ) was especially rude. The day before our checkout we went to the reception to ask about where to buy ferry tickets from Batam to Bintan to one receptionist but she couldn’t speak English I presume, called for the rude female receptionist. Then we proceed to explain to her that we want to get to Bintan with ferry tomorrow and want to know where to buy the tickets and how to get there. She told us to get to Batam harbor and we can get the tickets there and get to Bintan In reality we have to go to punggur ferry port to buy and get on board She could’ve resolved the issue by either stating that it was a simple misunderstanding, but what she did was “FROWNED HER FACE AND RAISED HER VOICE “ towards us and was being very aggressive tone of voice towards us and trying to put the blame on us.Which is totally unacceptable. A hotel having such kind of employee is at risk of damaging their reputation Last point is their bed, me and my girlfriend had REALLY good night sleep during the stay which we think is due to their bed.
