The Gastrohotel RH in Benidorm exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location of this hotel is stunning right at the top of the old town offering exquisite views of the bay. Breakfast was exceptional with all produce fresh and made to order. Please note that there are no parking facilities at this hotel if you are driving. We parked at the nearby Mercadona and asked reception who let us know that they have an agreement with that car park and we were able to park our vehicle there for €15 per night. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm Spain .

Loved this hotel, prefect location for our 5 night getaway. Great clean hotel with lovely staff would definitely return !

Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the strip and beach. Would recommend.

В конце августа мы с мамой и сестрой провели там несколько ночей. Первое впечатление: отель впечатляет, один из самых красивых в этом районе. Расположение хорошее, достаточно близко к пляжу и набережной, но не на самом краю. Территория и бассейны очень красивые, однако бассейны не подогреваются! Поэтому даже в августе попасть туда было сложно! Ресторан со шведским столом такой, каким и должен быть. Завтрак был хорошим, особенно свежий бекон! Ужины были немного однообразными, а еда — чуть теплой. Персонал шведского стола был разношерстным. Некоторые приветливые и дружелюбные… другие явно не хотели там находиться. Персонал бара у бассейна всегда был приветлив. Имейте в виду, что если у вас не система «все включено», напитки в баре дорогие. Около 24 евро за две водки с колой. Если вам удастся найти выгодное предложение… попробуйте!

Like all rental Apartments, ours, number 3B was what you make of it. It is located in Vigo off Calle Santander. It's a reasonable walk down to Avenida Armarda de Espania, which is the main Road into the Town Centre, just turn left. To our right after a short walk is the local store. If you continue uphill you will come to a major supermarket . The Apartment is spacious but an extra shelf would be handy. The washing machine in the Apartment was useful.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Pdt: улучшите вопрос еды, пожалуйста; Также воспользуйтесь теми столами, на которых вы должны поставить более разнообразную еду, а не повторять одну и ту же еду на каждой стороне буфета.

Апартаменты очень хорошие, уборка регулярная. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, правда мы смогли справиться. Две кровати по 90, соединенные вместе, служили двуспальной кроватью. Мы жили на 13 этаже, виды были потрясающими, больше всего мне понравилась терраса со стеклом перила.Расположение хорошее, вдали от шума и суеты, но все близко.На возвышенности, вид на нее, на город и на море. Вы можете пользоваться удобствами и развлечениями отеля за углом.Бассейн с подогревом, сауна, тренажерный зал, развлечения.Администраторы были очень дружелюбны и решили проблему с бронированием. Если вы приезжаете летом, в апартаментах есть бассейны внизу с солярием.В целом очень хорошо. Здание достигает 33 этажа, его видно из любой точки Бенидорма, очень высоко, есть автоматы по продаже воды и еды.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.
