Прекрасный отель с отличными удобствами. Очень дружелюбный и вежливый персонал. Номер чистый, кровати удобные. Чай и кофе в номере. Завтрак хороший, большой выбор. Спа-центр хороший, с прекрасным бассейном.

Потрясающий отель, отличное расположение. Все было фантастическим. Маленькая деталь: в номере 109 есть маленькое матовое окно без вида. При открывании оно выходит на грязную грязную крышу. Мы не оставляли его открытым, так как в номер могли попасть паразиты. Мы также упомянули, что у нас 40-й день рождения, но никаких дополнительных услуг, даже записки.

Очень близко к пляжу и автобусной остановке. В двух шагах от местных магазинов и ресторанов. В отеле царит атмосфера отеля «Трансильвания», которая нравится моей семье больше всего, особенно аутентичный лифт. 😁 Персонал тоже был приятным. Удобства были хорошими.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

У меня была рыба с жареным картофелем и горошком, что было нормально, но не хорошего качества, так как рыба была слишком хрустящей, но была разумной по цене, но мне это не понравилось, в баре было очень тихо, поэтому Я отнес напитки в свой номер, который был номером 126, и я определенно снова получу этот номер, в целом я хорошо провел время и хорошо выспался.

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

A very easy stay at Durley Dean, myself, my three daughters and the two dogs all shared a family room. The family room had a very comfortable double bed and a set of bunk bed.

Located very close to the train station. Gym and swimming pool available for the guest. Good option for the quality and price

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very well maintained, which made my stay feel even more comfortable. What really stood out was the staff — everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Обслуживание ноомальное. Удивило то, что за хранение сумки нужно платить 4 фунта, я впервые в жизни заплатила за хранение сумки. Бар с утра не работал и у меня нет опыта еды в данном отеле. В номере чисто, рецепция прилично, коридоры были не особо ухожены. В номере есть все необходимое. Вид из окна не радовал, но для одной ночи нормально и было тихо. Есть маленький бассейн, все чисто. Расположение мне очень понравилось потому что много сосен вокруг и рядом море и вдали от городской суеты. Не идеально, но вполне приемлемо . Персонал помогал решить все вопросы.
