Very good location an amazing area in the city very good service and clear room. The breakfast is amazing and the view.

The staff at Bayview resort especially in the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The food was excellent different variety to enjoy every day with reasonable price . The manager Anthony went above and beyond with his expertise to make sure his customers are well satisfied with their service and food . Thanks to all the staff and the management for providing such a beautiful stay . ~ Vinita

I booked 2 nights, Fawaz in the reception promised he will upgrade the room to a sea view one which never happened! He asked me to pack my stuff from the room as I was changing to another sea view room. After I packed he told me that the room is no longer available and I had to unpack again. I was planning to extend two more days but I decided I will not do so and I changed the hotel after this bad experience and inhospitality. Not recommended!

One of the most disappointing experiences: We had booked a honeymoon suite a month in advance, but when we arrived, there were two separate beds in the room. Reason: hotel is fully booked!! The honeymoon package promised flowers in the room, but we found dried flowers on the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The orange juice was not fresh, and the cake was far from being good quality. Getting toothpaste was a constant struggle as it was frequently out of stock, and first time we did get it, it was dry. The air conditioning in the room was not working. The room's carpet was not properly cleaned. Some of the staff were unfriendly. There were frequent power outages during the day and night. When the electricity came back on, the room lights would turn on, forcing us to wake up to turn them off. Surprisingly, the hotel didn't have a generator like other hotels. TV channels would go off for couple hours, twice a day. The restaurant doubled as a smoking area, leaving non-smokers with no choice but to sit outside on uncomfortable bar chairs. Even if there were available tables outside, we needed special permission, and the waiter would continually remind us of their "kindness" in allowing us to sit there. Coffee during breakfast would mysteriously disappear with the explanation of being "out of stock," catching us by surprise with no prior notice. The only redeeming quality was the view!

- location is excellent BUT: - rooms are not very clean - electricity and TV channels goes on and off many times during the day - some staff members are not friendly - coffee is out of stock at 9 am - we booked the honeymoon package but they gave us a room with two beds + cake and juice are not fresh at all - weak wifi - little variety in the breakfast - people can smoke inside the restaurant where food is displayed - we booked a suite but couldn’t have toothpaste/toothbrush

I stayed for 4 nights. 24 hours electricity. Staff were so friendly, very close to zaitona Bay. what I didn't like the breakfast wasn't that good and there is no variety But the staff very helpful, kind and diffnetly I will visit again Thank you byview.
