Hotel RK Renaissance, Belgaum

Location of the hotel is very good. Market area and kund shops nearby at walking distance. Hotel is very neat and tidy.

This Hotel RK Renaissance, is located on the 3rd and 4th Floor of a commercial complex on a busy main Road. Reception is on the 3rd Floor. Lift was out of order. 👎 Food is served from Ourside from nearby restaurants. No restaurant in the hotel complex building. 😢 Reception and Lobby manager(s ) were busy on their mobiles, ( watching youtube/ reels) they hardly care for any guests, leave aside their arrogance... 😧 Definitely not worth Rs what we paid for one night stay. Breakfast coupons were issued _ to be redeemed at a *Idli / Dosa* fast food_ Self service center some 100 mtrs away on the busy road, no coffee or tea in the coupon. ( either one Dosa or idli vada that's all ) Overall, it's disappointing 😞 and thus one * Can't help !!

Property location is very good, it's hardly 5 mins drive to pune bangalore highway. Room is also neat and clean

Nice stay, good and quick room service. Spacious rooms. Location: walkable distance from market, bus stop and shri krishna temple complex but found cockroach in room.

My advice is not to stay here as they have some stupid rules which change according to situation. We got a call from reception at 6am in the morning that we have check out at 7am which itself is very surprising. Breakfast which was included in our package was not given to us as they don't have their own cafe and expected us to have tea on roadside tea stall. Adding to the misery there were no soaps in the washrooms plus no hot water facility. Worst ever experience. Lifts are also not fully functional and they have poor housekeeping services. No pest control done in rooms plus they use strong air fresheners to avoid septic smell

Property is value for money, clean property and in center of the city. But they don't have a restaurant, however they would arrange the food for your from nearby restaurants. Moreover they also allow pets which was very useful for us.

There is no call from there side for coming or not even though when arrived around 12 o'clock in the midnight. When we asked for luggage help the manager was sitting very rudely. Instead of helping he said only one person then what can i do.

Bad experienc food not good bad service bad room everything is not good money waste

I have booked the stay with complimentary breakfast. They sent me with a token card to get the breakfast from nearby restaurant, later i order the masala benne dosa which is just 80rs. But the chef made 2 big size dosa for other customer and very small in size for me. I asked him regarding this and he said it is for hotel booking. If they cannot afford 100 rs for complimentary why they need to add in booking. Hotel stay is also not good. I was upset in early morning.
