Un hotel con mucho encanto

El hotel es muy bonito está cuidado al detalle. El patio interior comedor espectaculares. Muy buen servicio y el personal muy agradable y atento.

This is a beautiful hotel that was once a monastery. The food was good, but breakfast is not a buffet as stated when I booked. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and I found 2 long hairs (1 in the shower and 1 on pillow before I laid down). Otherwise, we loved this hotel and the beautiful Belmonte castle seen from most of the rooms. Dinner was affordable and really good. We would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are spacious but nothing special. Poor storage eg the wardrobe was large but it only had 4 hangers. If I'm staying for 5 nights I need more. Plus no shelves or drawers to store clothes. Dirty towels taken away but not replaced. Food was average for Spain. We were a group so maybe it's better if you are an individual guest. Bar area was dirty and untidy when we arrived. Fake grass needs to be kept clean! Bar service was slow and sometimes hard to get. Some staff friendly, some not. The manager never smiled or said hello or good morning once during my whole stay. The pool is very small. Great location and a truly historical building but the accoustics in the dining room are a nigh**are.

It pains me to have to write this review about this otherwise lovely hotel. It's pretty to look at but lacks some basic sanitation and comforts. We stayed for 5 days and the entire time, the shower has poor temperature control and constantly vacillates from hot to cold so that it is impossible to take a pleasant shower. Further, there was absolutely no Wifi, and this impeded business meetings---so if you are relying on Wifi to do business, this is NOT the hotel for you. The hotel's interior temperature might be fine and cool in summer, but in November the entire hotel was freezing cold all the time. The restaurant's food was erratic, often cold and overcooked (we were part of a large group so perhaps they struggled with this). But most importantly, there was significant mold in the shower which they insisted was paint. When I asked them to put bleach on it to humor me, they refused. I therefore went to the store and bought my own bleach, to prove it was indeed mold. Here are the before and after photos... The clean white is after I cleaned my own shower. Even after they knew it was mold, shower walls were not cleaned in subsequent days (see additional photos showing residual mold; these photos were taken on day 5, so at no time during this stay were the shower walls properly cleaned). The beds were comfortable, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel, as it was overall an unpleasant stay for all the reasons mentioned.

Nos dieron una habitación adaptada, sin aviso previo. Sin perchas, sin vasos para enjuagar la boca, el minibar no funcionava. Todo estava a una altura inferior de lo normal: el lavabo, el secador... ( Y soy bajita), la caja fuerte rota y sostenida la puerta por una balda. La ventana daba a un pasillo exterior con una pared a un metro. No corresponde ni mucho menors a un nivel de 4 estrellas. Fue una mala experiencia

Luces y sombras,... sitio bonito pero habitación no muy limpio el baño, la tv no se ven los canales, el telefono no funciona. La atención de recepción muy regular y pocas ganas de contar nada que ver en el pueblo. Los sábados olvidaros de siesta q boda con música a todo trapo

Mi experiencia ha sido la peor de todos los hoteles con spa que he estado, que son el 95 % de los hoteles, comentar a mi llegada al hotel sobre las 17h del día 1 de agosto de 2023, estuvimos esperando en recepción más de 15 minutos, a ser atendidos, porque no se encontraba el personal, parece ser que como no hay suficientes clientes en el hotel, la empresa que gestiona el hotel reduce personal y estos tienen que hacer diversos servicios al mismo momento, ( cocinar, servicio de camareros, recepción, etc...) eso curiosamente no lo dicen en su página web, pero si te cobran como si todo fuera normal para un Hotel de 4 estrellas. Una vez a la habitación, tuvimos la desagradable sorpresa que el aire acondicionado estaba desconectado, estando a 36 grados en el exterior, y para rematar la nevera también estaba desconectada, eso sí tuvieron la genial cortesía de ponernos dos botellines de agua a temperatura ambiente, que con la temperatura que hacía no apetecían nada. La habitación estaba sucia, sobre todo el inodoro, y detrás de las puertas, siendo un hotel con spa, no disponen de albornoces, el secador de pelo estaba quemado, parece ser de hace tiempo, ya que en recepción cuando se lo comentamos, no dijeron que si necesitábamos uno que bajáramos a recepción que disponen de secadores para dejar. Sobre las 18h decidimos bajar al servicio de Bar y tuvimos otra desagradable sorpresa, para un hotel que presume de ser de 4 estrellas, el servicio de Bar no funciona hasta las 20h. Semanas antes de la llegada al hotel llame varias veces para hacer la reserva de los tres días de SPA y siempre me decían que cuando llegara al hotel ya lo podría hacer. A mi llegada, así lo hice, los tres días a las 19:15h, en ningún momento se me dijo que eso no era correcto y que solo correspondía 1 acceso. A las 19:15h accedimos al SPA, del cual de las duchas de contraste el agua no era fría y diversos grifos no funcionaban, la pileta tonificante que en su pagina web dicen que esta a 10 grados, estaba a temperatura natural (20 o 25 grados). Hicimos la reserva por la página web del Hotel, en promociones, y escogimos la de Relax, que era habitación para 2 personas + desayuno + acceso a SPA (160 euros), y seleccionamos para tres noches (480 euros). La peor sorpresa nos la llevamos el segundo día de estancia cuando decidimos ir al SPA y nos dicen que no nos corresponde, que solo corresponde un día de acceso a SPA, independientemente si estabas 1 día o 3 días Curiosamente se olvidan de decir en la página WEB que el acceso al SPA, es solo para un día pero que me cobrarían como 3 días de acceso a SPA. Tras infructuosas conversaciones con recepción, decido ponerme en contacto con la dirección del hotel, y el señor director, recibiendo otra desagradable sorpresa, el señor director fue por cierto bastante intransigente, prepotente y desagradable, me comenta que eso del SPA es correcto y que así funcionan todos los hoteles que tienen SPA, a lo que le comento que eso no es cierto y que v
