The Hampton Inn property was great. The problem is with *******. I booked two nights two weeks in advance. I needed to cancel one night with a week notice. ******* said they would do this. But what they did in actuality was cancel the reservation entirely and then refund half the money. The Hampton Inn had no record for me even though I had paid for one night. ******* is a underhanded company with zero customer service and will rip off the customer every chance they get. Only use them to figure out your agenda and then call the airlines, hotels and car rental places directly. NEVER give ******* your credit card number unless you want to be ripped off.
