Ulisses and Laura are really great animators, the rest of the staff also really impressed me, the food was delicious and in general, great, I would give five stars if I gave a star to the hotel, only the young people at the reception work there as a punishment, best regards, Big Jarek

We stayed half board into which was supposed to be a normal double room. They said we could upgrade to a superior. We were well pleased as we head stayed in this hotel five years ago.what a let down the room faced a lot of trees, a building site skips full of rubbish. The bathroom had rusty worn metal fitting and the shower was disgustingly mouldy. I went down to complain and showed him the photos. He said he would try and move us into one better. We went out and came back six hours later. We went to a superior plus room which on entering was in a better position but going into the bathroom the shower was just as disgustingly dirty. I could not be bothered to move anymore. The restaurant was bright and tables laid out well. Pity about the rude Staff. Who huffed and puffed if you seemed to ask something they tutted. As for the food it varied from bland slop. To grease ridden to fried chicken cut up with all the carcus bones included. Meat that was sometimes tough as old boots. Relative cakes and vanilla custard that was bright yellow. To mash that was loose slop. But you could always fall back on chips and chips. The cleanliness was poor and the tables were wiped with green cloths again and again and dumped in a black tub.no cleaning spray just the same old green cloths over and over again. Oh and they need to defrost the ice cream cabinet that has more ice in it than tubs of ice cream. So after finding that this once decent hotel has now become a mediocre three star and nothing more is sad. Photos included. One plus was the bar staff was polite and very nice.

Okay let’s start from arrival and work to departure Checking in nice and easy cars didn’t work on lift ( need card to call lift ) had get a new card done got to room decent enough was cleanISH turned shower on shower head was begging for mercy broken once water comes through it’s full brown liquid for few seconds then clears up beds there was 2 single pushed together one side legs bent so any movement as all flooring is marble flooring bet kept sliding no quilt covers was a thin throw unsure if Spanish thing ? But hey ho Cleaners u put do not disturb they still knock ur door and walk in I went to go out one day I locked patio door ( little sliding thing on side ) cleaners been in even said do not disturb and cleaned and left patio unlocked :@ on every occasion so my advice lock all valuables away as u should do anyway food well not that good tbh undercooked and tasteless I went all inclusive eaten there a handful of times deffo don’t recommend food there that’s a promise if want a massage u got to book fair enough fully booked until end of year moving on to finding out when transfers are if u booked with beniconnect or abas they get a email a day or so before and advertise it for all to see in reception not ideal shows ur full name ( with abas ) booking details and which flight time date and even location again bit of a GDPR data breach IMO Checking out was easy said want to check out got offered use off the luggage room ( locked cupboard ) put cases in there awaited transfer out of 5 id say 2 out of 5 no sign of bed bugs I’d book again if was last resort but wouldn’t be my first choice rather sleep in a tent beds wasn’t comfy either !! I hope dynastic take this on board and sort things out for future bookings I seen 3 stars better than this 5 stars

We stayed at the Dynastic in mid to late November. The weather was between 18° to 23° with some sunny, cloudy and rainy days. The outdoor pool is not heated and was very cold. The indoor pool is fantastic. 25m with lanes in. Very large and enjoyable jacuzzi with several areas of bubbles and water jets. 1 visit free per stay. Well worth paying 15€ for if you are a swimmer. There was a decent sized gym which I didn’t use. Food served 8-10am. 1-3pm and 7.30-9.30 pm in the restaurant. Food available at other times. Bus stops for both directions at the front door. We had 2 x BBC channels and 2 x ITV on our TV. Our balcony faced north so we didn’t get any sun, but we did have a nice view of next doors pools. We had an issue with our room but management very quickly resolved this by moving us to another room. 10 minute walk to the beach. 2 mile walk to the old town. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the new town Rincon de Loix area. Food was good. Plenty choice.

Place was ok went all inclusive for 7 nights with Wife. Most days the meat appeared to have high amounts of salt in unpleasant to eat so had to avoid. Few times Wife noticed bacon only cooked on one side and Wife felt ill from eating. Good choices of desserts flickering lights in the dining hall not fixed during stay bad for anyone with epilepsy. Had to book to use indoor pool and could only use once during stay other places can use anytime and Wife unhappy with changing room safety. Cocktails sex on the beach and pina colada ok and good Spanish beer on tap. Entertainment felt very limited for adults and room cleaners did not wipe down sides. Recommend if you do book to adjust your package and eat out plenty cheap places to eat down the road. Ok hotel stayed in worse places but would not return again.

Lovely stay for 10 nights, clean, great food with a big variety to choose from. Ulises one of the entertainer reps worked very hard to make the evening entertainment enjoyable and engaging for all. We will recommend this place and will return in the future. Thank you for your great service.
