The location is nice and all but when we reach there some of the menu are not available. Recommend to provide toothbrush set.

Ample parkings. Got cold pool and hot springs pool to choose. Suitable to all ages

The resort is abit far from bentong town, its approximately half an hour drive to town from the resort. Overall is ok, the facilities of cool and hot pool is much enjoyable for children and adult. The room is cozy and i like the 3 single beds can joint all together especially for kid sleeep in between. But dont provide hair dryer and room slippers. Check in time is 3pm, If you reach early do registration first have to wait till 3pm because the room not ready yet. Bit so far okay for relaxing and enjoy the short getaway here.

Our room is basic but looks dirty. The lift was broken when we checked in at 6pm. The toilet sink looked yellowish with stains and the bedsheets had to ask them to change because they got blood stains. Breakfast only got basic nasi lemak, bihun, porridge, bread, cereal and fruits. No meat was served. And item took time to refill. Saw a customer complain to the waiter about the food not being refilled. The only good thing is the hot spring pool which was really relaxing but was very dark at night

Reach my expectations, room is clean, bed is comfortable, toilet cleanness can improve, our families member is enjoy for the hot spring, next time I will book again because the pool is clean and water is reach my expectations. Parking is also convenient and near to lobby.

This is a great “pit stop” if you planning to stay one night. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff are friendly! The pools are fun for the kids and the hot spring is perfect! However, for the price you pay, I did expect to have more amenities such as a toothbrush and separate shampoo and conditioner (not a 2in1). The breakfast can be improved as well Overall, it was a good stay

Hot spring within hotel area is good, but location a bit far from Bentong or Bk Tinggi town for food

Love the hotel. A little downside on the amenities, there’s no hairdryer. Called to reception was never answered. Bed sheet was stained. Overall, good experience.

Location ok bcoz have short cut road 200m from hotel to highway..but at night the road really dark..swimming pool very good.. kids can enjoy including toddler.. only if the room has extra plug/extension.. the bathroom also should put extra towel hanger.. & also no tea/coffee in the room.. breakfast ok, nasi lemak, mee goreng, baked beans, porridge, fruits , toast bread, cereals.

Overall good stay, quite far from city. Good if cafe provides more food options to order. Room and pool were not so clean, can improve on that.

Good environment and have hot spring pool. Room is clean and have a quiet environment during the sleep. Staff is very friendly. Good place to enjoy, relax and have a peace of mind. Visited figs farm and get some Durian on the way to this hotel

The location is quite far and you need to go to the Bentong town which is more than 15km away to find other facilities like restaurant, convenience store etc. Most of occupants are group participants / families. If you are looking for a retreat away from the busy city, it's a good place to have a peaceful mind. The room i stay is spacious for 4 peoples, only the bathroom have water clogging at the shower. It takes 10minutes for the water to dispersed. We have called the technician, after repair it's still clogged. Call again but maybe he didn't come as we are outside of the area, no call from the hotel also. The foods served at breakfast is limited & basic. There are 3 swimming pool (children pool & hot water pool). Overall stay is average. Looking forward for the property to upgrade on foods serve, room amenities etc.

The front desk staff n manager were helpful n courteous. The room was filled with cigarette smell as if someone was smoking in my room although it’s a non Smoking room. Woke up in the middle of the night n went to the front desk to ask for spray that was unavailable. Location wise, any food was 30 min drive in either direction. Only 1 nasi lemak stall outside the resort n closed in the evening.
