Check in was fine. The room was clean. The AC unit under the window had the bottom piece hanging forward and open exposing some wires and the air filter access. I pushed it back in place but the next morning it was hanging open again. Fortunately, we didn't have any kids with us that might get curious. The rear entrance was broken and propped open w/ a rock 2nd day we arrived back at the room in the evening and noticed the room had not been serviced. The front desk said that the linens and towels are swapped out every 3 nights but that they should have cleaned the room. I asked for a few new towels, TP and soap. The TP was locked up so I didn't get that and had to go get some on my own. Yes, really. I asked if we could get the room fully serviced the next day and they said yes and wrote it down. Next day after returning again it still did not get serviced at all. Garbage cans all full. 2 days of towels on floor, etc. Front desk gave me new towels, some shampoo and a roll of TP. It seems that the guy the previous night "didn't look hard enough" or so I was told. 3rd day returned to room and it was finally cleaned. We checked out next morning and were asked how the stay was. I relayed the issues to a person who I believe was a supervisor. She apologized, reiterated that they should have cleaned and restocked the room with TP, soap etc every day. She took my # and said she would see if she could get me a discount. 4 days later no call and the full amount was charge to my card.
