Modern, clean and very conveniently located. Good value for money. Nice lounge bar. Photo taken from nearby building though.

Close to the railway station. Near to shopping malls and supermarkets. Staff’s helpful.

everything is cheap here, except the price! Pros: very friendly personals, very good location. Cons: overpriced, poor facilities. The hair drier in my room was broken and the shower hose was molded! The cleaning lady was tricky and finished my bathroom in 2 minutes, leaving a lot of water on the ground and on the glass wall. We were two persons but they only gave us one set of towels. The bar on the 10th floor is too busy, you could sit there foe 20 minutes before you can catch a waitor to take your order.

It’s an amazing place, the hotel was good and the staff was very kind and helpful. Go checkout the bar on the tenth floor around midnight, it’s lit.

The only downside to this hotel is the lack of parking accommodations.

The location is excellent, the building spectacular, the bar area is very trendy and the terrace overlooks one of the most famous landmarks in Berlin. The rooms are basic (no kettle, no wardrobe, no dressing gown etc) but that's ok - it is a Motel after all. All of these things are fine. But the booking system and the check in for myself and my guests was a nigh**are. I had two separate parties coming to Motel One Upper West for two workshops. I booked my guests in for these nights, and then some of them booked extra nights themselves so they could come early to enjoy Berlin. The system clearly couldn't cope with that. In spite of me covering off in advance the exact arrival times/days of all my guests - via 3 emails and 1 phone call - two of them were told they had no booking when they arrived and therefore no rooms, and one was told he had to prepay the whole stay before he could have a room. When I arrived at the hotel/motel it was finally sorted out with a refund for my disgruntled guest and me paying for everyone's stay in advance. A total of 4200 Euros (£3500.) My guests and I were offered one free beer each for all this hassle, but not anything else - the barman curtly informed us that we would have to pay for that ourselves. Summary: great location, decent accommodation, but the efficiency of the systems and the service culture still leaves a lot to be desired...

Super cool hotel even though the room was so tiny! - but so many small and big issues during my stay. First night the ventilation system in the bathroom started making noice. I was offered another room the next day, and then on the last night my air condition broke down, and it was so hot... Staff was amazingly nice and the bar was amazing!

Very good stay The breakfast is a little meagre and sp**** for the cost though, otherwise all good.
