"This is a fantastic place to stay, very well laid out comfortable and with a wonderful garden with Seaview and access to the shore. Every conceivable item has been included. It's more like a home than just somewhere to stay. The best we have stayed in since arriving in Australia six weeks ago. Private drive, ample lounge, kitchen with the lot ! Dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, cooker, microwave. Even picnic items such as a rug,flask, and travel cups, plus beach towels. Electric BBQ and ample outdoor seating. This is how all "stop over" places should be. 10 out of 10, if you could add a sandy beach, it would be an 11."

"We went to bicheno after visiting bay of fire and thought maybe see the penguins going back to their nest. Unfortunately, we didnt see them. The cabin was cool with nice views and very close to the beach where penguins may show up. We did see a wallaby hopping in the lawn from our balcony. The cracking sound of floor was a bit annoying when someone is walking in the cabin. Very close to the supermarket. And you can cook in the cabin with utensils provided except there is no salt or pepper. Very close to the famous restaurant Lobster Shack as well. Generally a very good choice in Bicheno"

"We stayed here for four nights and wished it had been for longer! Our one bedder was very cute and the breakfast tray of goodies was delicious. Expect eggs, bread, jam, butter and a couple of types of cereal and milk. The cottages are nicely spaced out so you have a nice feeling of seclusion. Its an easy stroll down to the beach and my husband was out fishing in the mornings. The cottage is spacious and well furnished with books, magazines and videos for a big night in. The kitchen is well kitted out for cooking with a few condiments as well. A sneaky peak in to the visitors book shows a large number of repeat visitors and alot of locals which is a huge endorsement. The cottages are about a 10 minute drive in Bicheno which has a small IGA if you want to self cater although the options aren't great. Its also home to the Lobster shack which is not to be missed. This place is perfect if you want to breathe in sea air, walk along the beach and have peace and quiet. We look forward to going back. "
