Грубое и ужасное обслуживание клиентов. Мы приехали во время регистрации. Прождав более 30 минут, агент щелкнул пальцами, чтобы попросить нас подойти к стойке регистрации!!!! Сначала он сказал, что нас трое, а бронирование было уже на троих. Затем он попросил заплатить городской налог вперед. Когда мы сказали, что хотим сначала посмотреть номер, чтобы убедиться, что он соответствует бронированию, он сказал, что все равно не изменит его. Мы ушли через несколько минут из-за плохого отношения и состояния отеля Было очевидно, что персонал понятия не имеет о манерах гостеприимства. Прием весь мокрый, похожий на сауну. Переменный ток был выключен, чтобы сэкономить на энергопотреблении.

Отличная сделка. Я определенно рекомендую его другим

The trip was work-related therefore having good Wi-Fi was something that needed priority, but the NOUR WIFI was terrible. The staff did answer our question but because of translation, there were some issues but nothing big.

2 days nice stay in a nice hotel, so close to beach and ocean. They did though give us a room without balcony or terrace, even though it was stated in the reservation/booking 😔

Lovely clean property with modern decor. Breakfast & lunch options were delicious

Air conditioning did not work. No ammenities in room, 1 chair. Good beach and great pool. Hours for restaurant are not conducive for early dinner. Reception was great but everybody else was just doing their job, not great service. Lamp was broken and should have been checked byhousekeeping. Sliding glass door broken and would not lock completely. Breakfast buffet was descent. Check other places to stay before booking as we moved to Residence Ain Meriem Bizerte, much more and more relaxed than Nour.

I booked a sea view room and the attendant, Amina, told me that they don't have any seaview rooms available. I was pretty upset about this. She just shrugged it off and then called her manager (worked on the evening of May 5th). Her manager was even more rude and showed me an alternative room with a backyard view and had a gall to call it a "seaview" room. He blamed it on ******* to mark the room as "seaview" during my booking. His unprofessionalism was pretty upsetting. Refused to give me his name. Worst staff ever!

Firstly, the hotel is clean, spotless. However we had issues during our three night stay: the first night we went for dinner and the couscous, the potatoes and the pizza were all cold. The next morning we went for breakfast 30 minutes before it stopped being available, 9.30, and there was an empty container which had once offered scrambled egg and just one croissant. Food was generally very average. Our room was lovely, a suite overlooking the pool, but we had issues with towels: they took them away when they cleaned the room but didn’t replace them with clean ones unless I went to reception to ask; on the penultimate day they also removed the dressing gowns and I had to ask for these to be replaced. The pool was often crowded in an after as it seems they sell daily access for 60TND which many locals take advantage of. The room was listed as all inclusive on *********** but only soft drinks are included so it clearly is not all inclusive. All in all, we didn’t think we got value for money at €300 per night. If you have a sweet tooth there is an abundance of choice every meal

Overall, a great hotel. Clean rooms, excellent food, and service all around. Stayed for 3 nights and the hotel is a short walk away from the center of Bizerte. It also has a gateway to the beach which is really convenient for those staying. Very much recommended.
