No cot was given for our 2 year old boy do he had to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR FOR 2 NIGHTS. Also my wife's medication was near the bed and when we got back it wasn't there so the cleaners nicked it. The start were QUITE Rude. We would like some compassion

Very clean & nicely decorated. Beds were extremely comfy. Adam on reception was incredibly helpful and went above & beyond offering some suggestions on where to eat and checking on us. Would stay there again - within walking distance of station & King George’s Hall.

Room was so clean and comfy, the bathroom was 5 star all day, I have the misfortune of staying in many hotels due to my job, this was by far the best I’ve stayed in, not just recently but ever, please keep doing what you’re doing as it works, great for the concert hall, a 3min walk!

What a brilliant hotel. I spend a lot of time in hotels for work and it’s rare to find one as good as this. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, well fitted and comfortable. Parking onsite is easy and there are some great restaurants nearby for dinner. It’s my favourite hotel in Blackburn.

I can not thank the amazing staff at this beautiful Hotel enough for their service and care. My parents and Uncle stayed here last week, they sadly lost their Brother and were over for his funeral. From my first phone call, to them booking out on Saturday , what can I say. Exceptional is not enough to express their care professionalism and all round service. They even accommodated myself, my son and nephew who had travelled just for the day. I would highly recommend this Hotel. well done everyone and thank you from the bottom of my heart

Central location with free parking. The Cathedral was just a few minutes walk away. A few ******* - the car park is small and many warning signs of penalty charges, it is also not clearly signposted as the hotel car park; there was no toilet roll, soap or shelving in the bathroom. It was a hot evening and there was no air conditioning or fan in the room. On asking, toilet roll and soap were brought to us but no fan - the last available fan had been given to another guest room.

Very basic hotel, considering the price. Otherwise ok. Convenient location. Close to station. Close to downtown. Clean

Initial impressions weren't great as in all fairness Blackburn isn't the prettiest of towns, but once I'd got parked I soon changed my mind. The receptionist was great and I was soon in my large, well-equipped bedroom. The room and the sumptuous bathroom were absolutely spotless, and I had a good night's sleep followed by a tasty breakfast.

The guy on reception was brilliant he checked us in and carried our things to our room no 44 top floor. Beautiful room immaculate bed and pillows really comfy shower amazing. Breakfast was good served nice and warm as was the coffee. Wiil definitely return.

An amazing stay at a truly amazing Hotel, this Best Western Hotel is on of the best i have ever stayed at. I have been visiting Blackburn annually for the past 6 years and have stayed at pretty much every Hotel there is in this town, it was my first time staying at this Hotel and i honestly amazed. The beds were so comfortable and it was one of the best nights sleeps i`ve had in along time. The rooms were large and spacious, me and my family had an amazing stay and the breakfast was delicious, so glad we ate breakfast here. Last but not least the friendly staff, assure that you feel really welcome and the hospitality we experienced here was superb. From me and my family a big thankyou to all the staff who made our stay so pleasant, will be returning here soon. :)

Room not ready two hours after check-in was told I'd be given one room, then another, said I wanted to be in same room throughout my stay. Put in a room to be told two hours later I'd have to move as it was a disabled access room, I agreed and chose a room that I'd be willing to move to. Next day hotel owner tries to make me move rooms at 9 in the morning when I'm heading for a business meeting, then gets my room serviced whilst I'm gone after I specifically asked for no one to enter my room, that doesn't have a safe to be left as it is. £40 missing from my table and hotel owner asking me to change rooms to a different one than the one agreed the night before, after I come back from work at 7 in the evening. I refuse, ring the police to log theft, call hotels provider to put me up someplace different and leave with the hotel owner summoning a **** to ensure I leave premises on his terms. An horrific experience, the hotel was nicely furnished internally but that is where the positives end.. dirty bathroom with a filthy toilet bowl and hair, dust on surfaces, dangerous and noisy area (you have been warned) and staff that have no comprehension of what good customer service is and how to communicate this in a humble manner with integrity and to stick to those decisions. DO NOT STAY HERE.
