位置優越，附近有很多飯店，與93號公園隔一條路。D1超市很近。冰箱會響，晚上記得拔掉插座。煙霧報警器晚上會閃光。被套很乾凈，服務很好。我住的房間有書桌和沙發。

The hotel’s location is perfect: close to restaurants, the nice 93 park. Shout out to the lobby staff who were very accommodating. The breakfast is good and the servers are simply the best.

Excellent front desk staff. Very polite and helpful. Went out of the way to provide assistance at all times. Shuttle service hired at hotel is also a plus. Amazing, reliable local driver, very knowledgeable about the city and with a very positive attitude. Delicious food can also be ordered from nearby restaurant. Breakfast, which is included, is also good and assorted. Location is unbeatable. Walking distance from beautiful Parque 93. Would stay again. Thank you!

We stayed here on our way to Santa Marta and it was excellent:) We had booked Casa Dann on our way back through but the casa Dann was so bad we stayed only one night and returned to the Holiday Inn for the last 3 days of our stay in Bogota. Casa Dann was much more expensive but the Holiday inn was way better!!! Staff is amazing at Holiday Inn.

The staff was incredibly accommodating:) Manual and the other front desk staff looked after all our travel needs. Johana in the restaurant was always full of smiles and making sure we were well feed. Brian at the front desk was awesome and got us into our room early as we had just travelled and had been awake for 22hours. I travelled a fair amount and this has been some of the best service I have ever had:) Great staff makes a great experience!!

Clean facility, with very helpful and friendly staff. Front desk staff helped with food delivery order. Restaurants around the area close by 10 pm on Sunday. Member of room cleaning staff ran to front desk as I was checking out to handover an item I had forgotten. Great service overall!

The property is located in a very convenient area where you can walk to any shopping location and there are several dining options available. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Breakftast is very good. I didn't like the fact that our first room had a water leak through the shower glass door to the toilet and the glass door didn't close correctly so the water kept going out causing a mess. The staff reacted promtply and changed our room - our second room was ok, we were facing the main road so it was a little noisy. Very clean and comfortable. The size of the bathroom is very small compared to the size of the room. They left only one towel for each which made it quite inconvenient if needed a second shower through the day. There is poor attention to detail, one of the towels they left was very faded away and had a couple of holes in it. We ran out of soap and they didn't leave a new one. Coffee... Colombia has excellent coffee, why would you serve machine coffee? I have stayed in several HIE properties in Ireland, US, Guatemala and Nicaragua, so far, Nicaragua exceeds any expectations.

Nice clean, large room with dedicated work area.

The staff are very friendly and most know multiple languages. This made it easier to ask questions and get answers. Overall the property was nice, my room the fridge did not function at all and the AC did not even move the air around. The cleaning lady was courteous and consistent everyday. The breakfast was a good layout with variety-you can ask for special eggs made(omelets or over easy) but everyday the variety of breads, fruits and cereals to multiple juices or coffee was good. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants near and it seems shopping centers are everyplace. On weekends there was craft fairs nearby as well. Overall was a good place to stay.

We had several issues, liking faucet, phone not working to communicate with the reception, anything needed and we had to go downstairs to ask for it.
