A very nice short-term apar**ent stay in a wonderful neighborhood of Bogota, with lots of amazing restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And if you like nightlife, there is much nearby in Chapinero. The kitchen comes with all the dishes and appliances you need if you wish to cook your own meals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with great city views. The bathroom however was very small and cramped, there was a leak in the sink, and the shower overflows onto the bathroom floor if you take long showers. The accomodation and service are a bit expensive for what you get, compared to some others in the area.

The view is amazing on both sides! The services are outstanding. The rooms are so clean and it has an amazing outdoor space to enjoy! Definitely will be back to that exact hotel and I have it on my favorite list. So many amazing brunch place within walking distance as well as nightlife (away from noise that it is so quiet).

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this property. Safe area with a quaint bar across the street and coffee shops near by. One of my top long term stays. The kitchen is well equipped.

They overcharge once you get there without even listening to you and there is no service before 9am, not even WhatsApp communication.
On my last day in Bogotá I had to drag my huge luggage all over the city because there was no one to answer whether I could leave my bags there to make my trip easier and they didn’t even answer via phone.

Urban Heights Bogota Hotel is a traveler's dream come true! With its apar**ent-like feel, complete with a full kitchen and accessible laundry room, it made my stay as convenient as being at home. The added luxury of having the staff wash, dry, and fold my clothes was a delightful surprise, especially at such an affordable price. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including irresistible shopping opportunities. The staff's friendliness and personal touch in greeting me by name made me feel truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend Urban Heights Bogota Hotel, and I can't wait to stay here again!

Property is fine but has no ventilation so the room will get warm or hot depending on the day. It wasn’t as bad but probably should have listed to reviews. No issues with wifi. They do give you a key to the room and one card to go in and out of property.

I really enjoyed this property. Quite neighborhood with a bar across the street. Staff was extremely helpful.
