"The cottage was fully equipped with everything you would need and have at home. The water pressure is amazing, instant hot water, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner is all provided and im a handy dispenser. The beds are comfy, linen and bedding is good. Its a comfy little cottage with a nice verandah. Its a quiet little spot, no noise at night, peaceful surroundings. The motel manager is quite a nice lady, very polite, informative and willing to help with anything. Overall the stay was great, comfortable and served my purpose well."

"Staying in this hotel felt like traveling back in time. I loved the old staircase and the historical photos of the building. The walls are not very soundproof but apart from that it's an awesome authentic experience to stay at this hotel. Bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfy."

"We had one night here passing through on our way south. Such a totally relaxing and interesting place to stay. We had the place to ourselves and it was wonderful just to sit there and wind down. Highlight was breakfast sitting in the main body of the old church, reflecting on all the people who had sat there...from the earliest settlers in their Sunday finest in the heat of a Qld summer, to all the births , deaths and marriages celebrated there."
