Large, comfortable, clean, and smoke-free incline village home: 5 minutes to hiking, casinos, skiing, golf, tennis, shops, & restaurants. This single story, low elevation home was furnished and decorated with the utmost attention to detail. The KITCHEN is fully stocked with cooking and dining items (microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes/utensils/cookery). The four seat kitchen table is the perfect place to have your first cup of coffee in the morning. The LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM is open and inviting with a leather sectional sofa and flat screen smart TV with X Box One Console & Controller, and DVD player. Bring your own X Box One games or rent from RedBox in the Village. The living room has a wood gas fireplace. The large coffee table is the perfect place to play board games or to work on a puzzle. The dining table seats 10 and is situated next to a wall of windows looking out to the picturesque backyard filled with pines, boulders, and a basketball court. The double french doors open onto a large deck with a propane BBQ and patio furniture (dining and lounging). Patio furniture is stored during the winter.The GAME ROOM has a pool table, shuffleboard table, foosball table, and a flat screen TV. Off the game room is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your use. Our gourmet kitchen is a joy to work in with granite counter tops and lots of space, stainless appliances, including a 5 burner cook top, double oven, wine cooler, microwave and French door refrigerator.
