"Well, after a 30 minutes call with the "reservation department" in Timisoara, where "every important negotiation" takes placs (such a lost of time!), I was expecting to be met by the Communist management in Braila with lees hopitality, which, in fact, actually happened The same poorly preserved 2-3 people elevator, old furniture and "grand"design details since 1979. Like most of the personnel.... The breakfast is almost inexistent and I had the "privilege" to meet the general manager who noticed I dared to offer a cup of coffee from the expressor, during the breakfast hours, to one of my daily guests (yes, we also booked the entire 12th floor for 3 days) and immediatelycalled the waiter to charge it on my room number. Such lack of hospitality I've never seen in (dark) ages, so AVOID THIS LOCATION"

"Amazing hotel, a nice architectural building beautifully restored. Excellent restaurant and very nice personnel, trying to do the maximum to accommodate the guests. We stayed here several times over the years and we’ll be back. Tips: Parking (free) Restaurant ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) Iron and ironing table available (ask reception desk) If you leave early in the morning ask to prepare breakfast to go! Public garden nearby. Nice terrace with view to Danube. Book directly with the hotel, through email."

"Ну, после 30-минутного звонка с "резервным отделом" в Тимисоаре, где "каждое важное переговорное" принимает плаки (такая потеря времени!), я ожидал, что коммунистическое руководство в Брайле встретится с лисом гостеприимства, которое, по сути, На самом деле произошло то же самое плохо сохранившийся 2-3 лифт людей, старая мебель и детали дизайна "большой" с 1979 года. Как и большинство сотрудников .... Завтрак почти не существует и у меня был "Привилегия" встретиться с генеральным менеджером, который заметил, что я осмелился предложить чашку кофе от экспрессора, во время завтрака, одному из моих ежедневных гостей (да, мы также забронировали весь 12-й этаж на 3 дня) и сразу же позвонил официанту, чтобы зарядить его по номеру моей комнаты. Такое отсутствие гостеприимства, которого я никогда не видел в (темные) веках, так что избегайте этого места"

"I booked an apartment for 4 nights in this hotel based on a website information. When we arrived at the hotel, a sleepy and indolent receptionist lady did not say even Welcome. I asked her to send the boy to take the luggage. She replied that they had no one to do it. Meanwhile, another woman who presented herself as the hotel manager joined us. Extremely rudely and impertinent, she said that to carry the luggage is the job of the ..... client in any 4-star hotel (???) (by the way, the room was at the high floor, no ascensor). She continued saying that if I didn't like, to leave the hotel, as she did not care .... I can just imagine which services this 4-star (who gave 4 stars to it?) could offer after somebody would check in and pay in advance for the stay. I strongly caution every potential guest about this hotel. It is the problem of the owner if he wants to keep such personnel. Of course we follow the "kind" advice of the manager, we drove less than 100 m to another hotel, also of 4-star hotel (Casa Popeea), where as soon as we arrived, the boy came and took the suitcases, And all the services in the following days were done with much consideration and respect for a guest."
