Such lack of hospitality I've never seen in (dark) ages, so AVOID THIS LOCATION"

"I booked an apartment for 4 nights in this hotel based on a website information. When we arrived at the hotel, a sleepy and indolent receptionist lady did not say even Welcome. I asked her to send the boy to take the luggage. She replied that they had no one to do it. Meanwhile, another woman who presented herself as the hotel manager joined us. Extremely rudely and impertinent, she said that to carry the luggage is the job of the ..... client in any 4-star hotel (???) (by the way, the room was at the high floor, no ascensor). Of course we follow the "kind" advice of the manager, we drove less than 100 m to another hotel, also of 4-star hotel (Casa Popeea), where as soon as we arrived, the boy came and took the suitcases, And all the services in the following days were done with much consideration and respect for a guest."
