Отель расположен напротив достопримечательности Гранд-Каньона «Уайтуотер-Уок». Он находится всего в 2,5 км от Ниагарского водопада, круизных лайнеров Niagara Cruises и города Ниагарский водопад. До железнодорожного вокзала Ниагары всего 5 минут ходьбы, что очень удобно.

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly.

The location is superb, it’s just 10-15 minute walk distance away from Niagara Falls. There’re plenty of choices for restaurants nearby, you can even catch 24/7 opened McDonalds in 5 minutes walk distance away. The staff on duty was so nice and helpful. Apart from the facility was old, it was still usable. Breakfast provided free is also good enough. Worth stay!

Great stay at falls! The building is a little bit old and air is not really fresh, staff are friendly.

Комната была просторной, с двумя двуспальными кроватями, телевизором с подключением к Netflix и большой ванной комнатой, хотя душ работал слабо. Обогреватель был достаточно теплым. Предоставлялся только душевой комплект «три в одном». За два дня моего пребывания полотенца не менялись, и уборка номера не проводилась. Не было тапочек, фена и т.д. Завтрак был одинаковым каждый день. Мы всегда приезжали первыми, и хотя свет не был включен или подготовлен заранее, сотрудник быстро выходил и готовил его после того, как мы звонили в дверь. Обслуживание было приемлемым. Требуется залог.

Chambre très spacieuse avec 2 très grand lits. Petit déjeuner en quantité suffisante. Proche des chutes du niagara (on peut y aller à pied) et de toutes les commodités. Le parking de l'hôtel est à 20$ et on peut laisser la voiture jusqu'à 13h le lendemain.

We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
