Stayed over Easter 2024. The reception staff whilst booking were fantastic, friendly, polite and very helpful. We were upgraded when we arrived which was great. The rooms were spotless, beds were super comfy with fresh sheets and towels. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless with plenty of everything. We wanted to stay for another night - at the last minute - and again the reception stay were more than accommodating. Overall we loved our stay and were very impressed all round. Definitely going again.

It’s a pretty good motel. We stay here every new year this time the shower was leaking badly all over the floor and could hear it all night which was annoying and unsafe. But it does have super easy check in whenever you get there as you check yourself in. Always quote from other people staying there. No bbq to use this time which made our trip hard as the pub was shut. And if you sleep light it’s not for you as it’s the truck route and they turn right out the front of the motel so noisy all the time. Otherwise comfy bed, nice and clean and easy and very good price for that time of year

I booked this motel room for my elderly Mum because we had a family event nearby. She needed accessibility options eg a seat in the shower, the staff provided all these additional things with no fuss in a friendly and professional way. They were very helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and bright, and Mum loved it so much she will definitely be staying again.

We did a last minute booking and Helen was very accommodating.Easy to check in and it’s in a quiet spot close to our fav Bakery! She checked us into a room with a king size bed and a single one and the room was super clean, super comfy beds and a snack bar. The bathrooms were clean too! Thank you so much

The pillows were so fluffy and so comfortable. The room was really clean and had everything we needed. It was such an easy check in and check out. Great location just a short walk to the hotel and the water.

This motel is very basic, however charge a fortune and add on ******* costs to the booking, however there is no way to book direct! Concrete floors, very average shower and water pressure, bathroom sink outside the bathroom adjoining the kitchenette (which was too very average). Beds and linen were comfortable, towels and bathroom necessities were cheap and nasty. I was very disappointed with the cost to what we received, $366 for the night, plus a very average overcharged meal and expensive drink prices at the local pub for a family Chris**as party. Breakfast at the bakery didn't rate either, order was wrong and overly expensive. Definitely will not be staying again. I understand they were flooded, but I'm sure all the business' in the area had insurance. Time to ease up on that sympathy vote.

The Bridgewater Motel was fancy in all the ways you need it to be: well heated and cooled, crisp bedsheets, a good minbar and kitchenette and all the necessary facilities. Great vibe. The surrounding area, including the Loddon river is beautiful.

Room was clean, small but comfortable. Staff helpful . Problem was no sleep. The adjacent road is a thoroughfare for mostly trucks with road noise, downshifting gears and air breaks throughout night. At best 2hours sleep not ideal given we have a 6hr drive

Was travelling thru, booked late received great service & the 24hr check in was fantastic as I arrived after 10pm.
