It is in the perfect location. It has a great breakfast included from 7-10 and to 11 on holidays…- The larger rooms have everything I needed - one less star because sometimes they forgot to add a soap or enough towels..:-) The staff is attentive but not overbearing .

Always reliable and have stayed here many, many times.

It's was easy to get around and the staff were nice

Chambre individuelle très petite; sans aucune vue. Salle de bain obsolète avec une porte de douche récalcitrante et une eau à peine assez chaude.

This is a plain and unattractive hotel. Rooms are dreary an bedding is minimal. One teabag and no shower gel don’t make for an indulgent experience

Nice gitel but someissues in the room. One curtain is balckout, one is not. So no use really Breakfast is not suitable for disabled. Far too msny steps. Do this hotel is not suitable for disabled

The room was at the eighth floor but the tiny elevator arrives only at the seventh floor and to reach the stairs between the seventh and eight floor you need to make all the corridor of the seventh floor. On top of this, funny enough, to access the shower you need to do some further few stairs. The room was tiny, dirty and smelly. Air conditioning was not working and when opening the window the noise is unsustainable. Clearly the pictures are far different than the reality. Won’t return.

It was all good. A very convenient location.

最低限のものが揃っている日本のビジネスホテル風。朝食をもう少し早く提供してもらえると嬉しい。

Chambre tres petite mais c'etait le premier prix et j'etais prevenu. Matelas en revanche beaucoup trop mou et mon dos a souffert. Vraiement tres peu de gel douche a disposition. Mais c'est petit dejeuner tres bien et impression general tres bonne.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is just across the road from a metro station, and is a short (15mins) walk to Grand Place and a couple of museums. But the building itself is rather old, and the room and its fittings are rather dowdy and dingy. The breakfast area, in contrast, is bright and cheerful, and the food is wide-ranging and tasty.
