"First and foremost, greatly appreciated the efforts of the kindest receptionist Irusha and Mercure team to solve an important issue we had upon arriving at 11pm - thanks a ton! Unrelated to this, we’ve seen all the staff being so very nice and attentive throughout our stay, which helped us feel very comfortable and welcome. The hotel itself is quite lovely, nicely blending old and new, modern and traditional. With its garden and heated pool and other spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna), it feels like an oasis on the outskirts of Bucharest, within walking distance from the Pasarea Monastery, an oasis of its own. That said, it’s also fair to say that there isn’t much else in the immediate neighborhood, so getting out means a 30’ car ride to the city. If traveling by car, by the way, the hotel has a private parking with plenty of space. The rooms are comfortable and quite well soundproofed, well stocked on amenities, and the mini-bar is complementary. Breakfast is included and offers a well varied choice of quality products, an excellent way to start the day."

"Good for staying"

"Just come back from a 12 day stay at the hotel and to be frank, I would go back tomorrow as it was just great. Polite staff all around from reception, cleaners, dining rooms and pool side bar areas. Room was far bigger than expected with a Queen size and a double bed, two armchairs with desk and chair. Mini bar fridge within room (contents of which are on the very pricey side) but you get two small bottles of water per day plus two coffee pods for the machine. There is a kettle as well but you need to get team bags from the breakfast dining area. Food at the hotel was superb which a huge selection meaning that we only ate the same dish one (as that was our favourite before leaving for home). On average hotel cost us 350 lei per night for food and drinks which is about £64.00 at todays rates. Pool size drinks were expensive but there are shops nearby. Gym rooms were big and well stocked with equipment with all areas of hotel air conditioned A simple drive up from Bucharest airport and plenty of room for car parking. Not that far from hotel to Bran castle and Brasov"

"I stayed at this hotel for work. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. The international breakfast is truly good. I recommend Cesare, the owner. He speaks Italian and is a friendly and helpful person. I highly recommend him."

Все помещения были высококачественными и совершенно новыми и очень чистыми. One big plus was the charge station available on site. The apartment is near city center and 1 hour reach of the most important sites to visit in графство Франсеа. We will come here again and we recommend this apartment for a very nice stay in Focsani."
