Как часто тут обманывают клиентов. Я останавливался там со 2 на 3 . 07.2021. Меня обналули на 354 евро, сняв деньги с кредитной карты вторым платежом, так как номер уже был оплачен моей подругой, но хотели обмануть на 458, снимая без уведомления деньги с карты за уже оплаченный номер два и третий раз и не возврат денег с депозита, хотя ресепшн обещали вернуть сразу на следующий день после проверки номера, но и списали оплату за номер второй раз и в течении уже 4 дней деньги не вернули. За такие финансовые махинации я решил написать заявление в полицию.

Staff was excellent, valet parking is very helpful. The room is clean and nicely maintained. However, ventilation is so so and room is a little stuffy. We opened the windows for better ventilation. Location is excellent as very central, and right across all the points of interest

The aggressive Africans pushing their trinkets at every outdoor restaurant took much away from our experience. Hotel was nice, rooms clean, and the locals very pleasant.

Wonderful apartment in the city center but in a quiet location. Very clean and minimalist design but has everything that we need for our stay. Near bakeries, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Walkable to bus and train station and all sites.

Very good location. No parking facilities in the property but easy find a parking quite near. In five mins walking you can reach all the major monuments of the city.

Great apartments well equipped with spa facilities. Bed was super king very comfortable. Good for short breaks. Would definitely recommend .

Basic rooms. Utensils had been very poorly cleaned. Floors were dirty and damage to many aspects of the property. Beds comfortable is a positive although we didn’t get too much sleep due to the fire alarm screaming for much of one night. No staff on premises for chunks of the day and even when they are they don’t prove overly useful.

We booked 2 suits one for 2 adults & 2 kids and another one for 2 adults and one of our children, they did not have any of the towels or the sleeping sofa’s sheets for the kids or our child, the staff claimed that ******* didn’t inform them about any of the other guests except the four adults for the 2 suits. The bathrooms has no shampoo or any things except a soap dispense. The swimming pool was not working. The staff member at the reception was not cooperative. I think they could have better communication and better service, unfortunately we will never go back to this hotel. We love Cadiz, Malaga and Spain and the Spanish people but unfortunately we had the first bad experience in Spain in this hotel.

I can't believe this apartment isn't more popular. It's perfectly situated for the old town and is immaculate! We only stayed for 3 nights but will 100% be staying again. The aircon is set at 19 degrees and hits you when you walk in, which is lovely after a long day in the sun. The bed is really comfortable, so is the sofa bed and dining table. Everything is spotless and the lady on the desk couldn't have done more for us, she even ordered a taxi a couple of times. My only negative is the swimming pool and sunbed area, the pool is more of a paddling pool, only knee high if you're 6ft tall. When we got there it was being filled with a hosepipe so I think there was an issue. I think they could try and make it a lot deeper and maybe add some outdoor plants up there. But it was perfect for a quick dip! Please do book this place if you're staying in cadiz, it's beautiful!

Great location, walkable to everything, comfortable and spacious living room and bedroom. Bathroom a little small. Great roofdeck with pool. Front desk was super helpful with things to do, places to eat and drink. No parking at hotel but was a close, easy walk and inexpensive. 24 hour laundry on site and machines worked well, don't do big loads because it takes awhile to dry. Would definitely stay again!

This place was a unique and wonderful blend of old and new. To start, you enter through the doorway of what was once the mansion or palace of some 17th or 18th century Gaditano. It sets a scene (probably not wheelchair friendly.) The hotel is organized around the central courtyard of the original house, resulting in a lovely atrium with interesting historical details. By contrast, the room was fully modern and recently renovated with a very nice bathroom. We didn't use the kitchenette to cook, but it was fully stocked with everything we would have needed, and having the fridge, sink and dishes was very useful. The place was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and terrace on the roof. All the sights were close by.

A good job has transformed this building from the 18th century into a tastefully designed accommodation in the old part of the city.The apartment is equipped with the amenities imaginable, the location is convenient.Accommodating staff on site at check-in. Only problem that may need to be addressed is tendencies towards mold in the bathroom.
