Rooms badly require upgrading and the mattress on the bed was not covered, no duvet covers and lousy pillows. Pillows, cushions and beds were dirty, the AC didn’t work (nor did it look like it would again), the tv worked badly and the safe door was hanging off it’s hinges. The food was very average but the staff were very pleasant. If they are enough people staying, they do a buffet dinner at escudo 1250 per head otherwise it's an a la carte menu. Neither were very good. Breakfast was from 7-10am but if you arrived around 9am most everything was eaten / cold and there was little enthusiasm to replace anything. Hotel very quiet during the day as everyone out walking. Nice pool but a shortage of loungers that aren’t broken. The hotel desperately needs upgrading but for all that, the scenery is stunning! Wifi only available at reception and dining area ie not in rooms.

Why hasn't this place had a review for two years? Weird. We stayed her between Christmas and New Year. It was never full but busy enough. Super friendly staff, always keen to help. Breakfast spread was good and the seating area next to the pool is idyllic. In evenings they often do a decent buffet and there is always pizza available. As vegetarians we cooked ok, no worse than anywhere else on these islands. The rooms are clean and functional - scenery is amazing and the wondering peacocks add a sense of the tropical. WiFi is strong at reception/restaurant but doesn't work in the rooms. Can't imagine how you wouldn't enjoy staying here.

Nous y sommes arrivés le 4 février 2024 et nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. Le lieu est original, le cadre est superbe mais c'est très , très isolé. A notre arrivée, l'accueil a été en service minimum, il faut se débrouiller pour trouver son bungalow, personne pour vous accompagner ou vous proposer de porter vos valises. Les chambres sont propres avec un confort minimum. Lors de notre passage, il n'y avait que 6 clients dans l'hôtel, la piscine était vide, le personnel très amateur, semblait pressé de nous servir le dîner et la serveuse s'est trompée dans la commande. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit à cause de la musique, car à notre grande stupéfaction l'hôtel fait boite de nuit jusqu'à 4 heures du matin. Je me suis levé plusieurs fois dans la nuit pour demander de baisser la musique, sans succès car il n'y avait aucun responsable de l'hôtel entièrement livré à des fêtards très alcoolisés. Nous avons contacté notre agence, qui nous a transférés dans un autre hôtel dès le lendemain matin. Un gros problème de management dans cet établissement qui ne mérite pas trois étoiles mais qui pourrait être un lieu superbe.

Zeer vuil en verwaarloosd hotel, zwembad zonder water in en bij aankomst in de kamer zat er een muis in de kamer en het bed had vuile lakens. Over de badkamer kan ik niet veel beters vertellen, schimmel vies en vuil dus onmiddellijk vertrokken naar een ander hotel, Het personeel was wel zeer vriendelijk en heeft ons verder goed geholpen met het bellen van een taxi en zo. Het personeel verdient een 10 op 10

Vista espetacular mas que não consegue apagar a necessidade urgente de remodelação do hotel. Camas não são muito confortáveis. A televisão e o ar condicionado não funcionam. Comida relativamente saborosa mas sem grande variedade. Se chegar à refeição tarde, provavelmente ou já não há ou está fria. Internet só funciona na recepção e mesmo assim sem grande sinal. Pequeno almoço fraquinho. Sala de refeições diminuta, pelo que as mesas se encontram colocadas numa espécie de varanda onde há muita corrente de ar.

Primer día sin Piscina. Piscina sin tratamiento. Comida mal estado. Inundación cuarto durante la noche por A/C. Sin piscina segundo día. Sin responsable, director o encargado que responda. Nos fuimos.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Hotel. Leider riechen die Zimmer nach Schimmel. Wasser eiskalt, sehr dunkel. Das Personal kümmert sich leider auch nicht um den Pool etc. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Wir haben allerdings das Hotel gewechselt. Es müsste dringend renoviert werden. Tolle Lage für schöne Wanderungen, sonst kann man allerdings auch nichts machen.

Le site est magnifique, les espaces communs sont bien décorés mais les chambres sont mal entretenues. Cet hôtel pourrait être formidable, mais quel dommage que le ménage soit approximatif et qu'il n'y ait pas suffisamment d'eau chaude pour tout le monde. Un message indique qu'il faut faire couler l'eau 5 minutes (dans un pays qui en manque), mais sans résultat quand l'hôtel est complet.
