Очень хороший отель, внимательный персонал. Завтрак очень хороший.

Недавно открывшийся отель, удобства в номерах и обстановка в отеле в порядке, обслуживание также теплое, цена отеля не низкая, окрестности слишком пустынны и непопулярны, завтрак в отеле обильный, обед и ужин непривычны для египетского и итальянского ресторанов.

Много комнат, но мало официантов.

Этот отель красивый и захватывающий! Здесь есть потрясающий бассейн и рестораны. Однако это далеко от центра города, примерно в 30-40 минутах езды на такси. Это отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть от городской суеты на пару дней. Персонал был очень любезным и был готов сделать все возможное, чтобы мое пребывание было приятным!

Это было нормально, но все еще требует улучшения за ту цену, которую они запрашивают.

總體不錯，適合度假，地點很偏遠周圍荒涼。瑞吉服務在線，點名表揚餐廳的服務員，感覺不到他在盯着我吃飯，但需要他的時候秒到。房間裝修普通，沒有澳門、珠海的瑞吉精緻，陽台和衞生間的衞生需要加強。來了一定要體驗他們的spa，很棒，室內泳池，室外人造沙灘沖浪，有專門玩的一棟樓，很適合度假住上幾晚。

因為出差需要入住這裏。要讚的，房間一貫瑞吉質素，早餐豐富，喜歡這裏游泳池。 要吐槽是地理位置，畢竟新首都太新了，附近最近的商場要30分鐘車程，因為太新連網約車也找不到，酒店也就兩家餐廳。

跑了幾個國家.住了好多五星級.開羅這麼貧窮的國家.既然有這麼高端性價比高的酒店.我真的很驚訝.這個酒店治癒了我半個月所有的旅途疲勞.讓孩子開心.我開心.感覺到了自己是公主👸被寵着.還有真心高端大氣上檔次.埃及的天花板.

非常好的房間很大，就是離機場有一個小時的距離，可以在前台提前訂好車也挺方便。很適合想住新開羅的朋友入住
