MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family

We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was fabulous and the staff are amaizing. The food is great and plenty of choice. The entertainment is okay.... typical holiday entertainment! But enjoyable none the less. We enjoyed the whole experience so much, that we have booked the same hotel again for 10 nights in June 2024.

Had a fantastic holiday, adults only was a good choice for us. Suite's were well equipped and clean, bed was very comfortable. The dining room was spacious with plenty for choices to choose from. Staff warm courteous and friendly specially Aline who was efficient friendly and funny a joy to meet.

We’ve just returned from a 9 night stay with my husband and two children (7 and 3 years old) and our holiday was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the staff at this hotel. Everything ran like total clock work. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and quick to assist with absolutely anything. The entertainment team were first class. The way they were with the kids was just amazing - shout out particularly to Paige and Lorena who really looked out for our two. The kids were given the confidence to do activities I never thought they would (such as perform a dance routine on stage!)

Returned back from MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel recently. What a fantastic family hotel. Here’s a list of my favorite things about the hotel: 1 - Kids pool area. Two great slides with a large area for the little ones to run around and make friends, while the parents relax. 2 - Varied food with a great choice of fresh fish, meats and salads. Lovely fresh breads and a good range of deserts. 3 - Booze was great. All inclusive resorts often offer flat beer and pre-mixed, horrible cocktails. This isn’t the case at FERRERA Blanca. Good beer and spirits, and excellent cocktails are made quickly with a smile. 3 - location is great for the beach and local restaurants/bars etc. A kids play zone with go carts and a bouncy castle are only a 10 minute walk. Plenty of decent supermarkets can be found within a short walk from the hotel. 4 - Rooms are clean and spacious, with a decent balcony and tv in the lounge area. 5 - Superb WiFi, even at poolside 6 - mini disco & evening entertainment were good with enthusiastic and likeable staff. I’m sure I will return to this hotel again in the future.

This hotel exceeded expectations; it is excellent in all respects. The reception staff, the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff and bar staff are all efficient, friendly, and professional in their approach to their guests and their work. The hotel sits in its own grounds, where everything is well maintained and very pleasing; at the end of the gardens there is a gate to the sandy beach of Cala Ferrera and the beautiful bay. The food in the restaurant is superb; the chef has a wide experience of international cuisine and offers a range of wonderful dishes in which ingredients are imaginatively added to give extra complimentary flavours. Recommended.

We have just returned from a family holiday staying in 3 rooms at the end of May. Our third stay at the hotel. The hotel did their best to accommodate our requests and we were impressed by the renovations to the rooms since our last visit. Although the hotel is now split, we felt this may have made the family area more quiet and we were always able to find sun beds for 10 around the pools. We want to give a special mention to Inma at the splash pool buffet/bar who always had a friendly smile. She is a credit to the hotel and we look forward to seeing her again on our next visit. Our top tip for those concerned about the new access to the beach is to walk 2 minutes up the road and take the left down the hill before the Aguamarina hotel, where there are far less steps, which are wider and take you to the middle of the beach.

Stayed here for the May bank holiday, beautiful hotel and great location. Rooms were spacious and modern. Food in restaurant was tasty, but every night over half the dishes/ desserts were not labelled so very difficult to understand what it was especially if you had allergies. Outside our room was cockerils, these woke up us every morning at stupid hours. When we queried with reception the older chap just laughed and said nothing we can do. Our toilet was leaking which we reported to reception but it was never looked at. On check out we cleared our bill for the bar, it took x4 staff members to find the invoice and they insisted it was us who had everything on there. It then came to light they made a mistake. Overall beautiful hotel in a great location, just a few bits to sharpen up on and it will be fantastic.
