Amazing stay at this hotel in the most beautiful location. ALL staff exceeded our expectations, of note the warmth & attention of Fernando and Sabrina in the restaurant and Fabia who kept us entertained in the local wine tasting sessions. Our room was kept beautifully clean, the home prepared locally sourced food was of outstanding quality, All staff went that extra mile to ensure we felt like one of their family and that we were important. Our yoga/pilates/stretch classes with Anna and another lady were great. The swimming pool met our expectations with regard to being sectioned off for swimmers at certain times. The location of the hotel is very quiet. However you have everything you need with local bars/restaurants/shops and a pretty, beach to visit, and a short coastal walk to a neighbourly resort. The roof top bar/area/infinity pool lovely especially at sunset. Local buses aren’t great as you pretty much have to wait for them to arrive and also they are very busy, so standing room only for most of our journey to Costa Adeje and back. Will definitely return to this amazing hotel. And most importantly this hotel is doing everything it can to save our precious planet.

Really nice modern hotel with superb facilities. The rooftop bar and infinity pool are excellent. There is no noise in the rooms and very comfy beds. We booked a sea view room and was a little disappointed when we saw the abounded building site opposite We stayed bed and breakfast, and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. The only negative was that the bacon and eggs were luke warm at best The menus were very vegan/ health orientated, and some people may struggle with the choices. Really friendly staff and spotlessly clean. We will definitely book again

Stayed here again for 12 days at the beginning of May on what was our 4th visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff are a credit to the hotel in every aspect. Special shout outs to Bianca at reception who is an absolute gem, Sabrina in the restaurant who was just great and so cheery at breakfast time and Pierre and Ayofe at the rooftop bar who looked after us with delicious drinks. The hotel is still spotlessly clean all credit to the housekeeping and maintenance staff who are always overlooked. Breakfast choice is great, however one small issue is the very cool temperature of the fried eggs and crepes and a suggestion to maybe return to making omelettes on request. I would also highly recommend the Japanese food served at the rooftop Friday to Tuesday. Never a problem getting sun loungers either beside the pool or on the roof terrace area, although there were towels reserving beds/bali beds before breakfast this was in the minority. Hope to return again.

I’ll start with the positives as overall the hotel is great for the price paid. Very clean and modern hotel. Best part of the hotel is the roof top with plunge pool. Very relaxed environment, plenty of sun beds, chilled music, lovely drinks at the bar. There is also a ground floor pool which we didn’t use but had ample sun beds meaning there were no reserving sun beds early in the morning as there was enough for everyone. Most staff very friendly and helpful, and always greeted with a smile. Breakfast good, and served til 11:30 which is great. personally for us we would have preferred more options. The scrambled really watery and the bacon rubbery. However everything else that they had was nice and there was a chef making fresh omelettes/fried eggs/poached eggs. We ate at the downstairs restaurant for dinner and the food was lovely so worth staying at the hotel to eat some nights. Cons - When we arrived after our delayed flight and painfully long transfer from the airport, I was expecting a welcome drink just like everyone else had said on the reviews, but we didn’t get this which was a bit disappointing. It wasn't the warmest welcome from the man on reception. Room lovely but a lot smaller than expected. Can barely walk around the bed and there’s certainly not enough room for 2 suitcases. I saw a few rooms with a different layout when walking past as maids were cleaning.. (with a sink in their hallway?!) but seemed like they had a little more room to move around than we did so maybe try to get one of those rooms! Also paid more for a sea view, which was nice but massively disturbed by the derelict building opposite which is such an eye sore. There’s actually one further down too so I don’t think you can escape it from any of the balconies. Do not expect a lay in - you will be woken up by the maids moving the furniture around from around 7/8am onwards. We had a couple of stormy days at the end of our holiday so stayed in the room for most of it, and the noise just did not stop, so doesn’t seem to matter where in the hotel they are, I you can hear it all day. I saw someone on these reviews describing it as a “furniture dragging world championships” and I couldn’t agree more!! Also peoples door slamming constantly. Other than that though the beds are comfy and the maids are all really lovely and make the beds/change the towels daily. The area. Really not much going on in Callao Salvaje. A handful of restaurants but really no atmosphere at all. Overall relaxing holiday but wouldn't return.

We loved every minute of the 5 days we spent here. This is a truly wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern, the pool area is great and the roof terrace with its bar and infinity pool is a lovely place to sit out and relax too. The breakfast (from 0730-1130..) is outstanding. The lovely little touches such as fresh fruit in the hotel reception and trendy modern water dispensers located around the hotel are. Great touch. We found all the staff to be very warm and welcoming - lovely Bianca on reception is a real star!, such a lovely lady and a credit to the hotel. There are lots of lovely restaurants very close by that all offer great food and drink at exceptional value for money. It’s also very easy to catch a bus (the 471) into Los Cristianos., etc. The bus stop is literally a 2 min stroll from the hotel, directly opposite the little supermarket. What an absolute gem the MYND is. We had a great, relaxing short break and cant wait to return again soon.

Just returned from a 9 night stay. Not a lot to add to the already excellent reviews. This is a lovely modern clean hotel with everything you need. Rooms nice size, beds are 2 pushed together and very firm but this was resolved after the first night with a mattress topper. We requested a kettle in our room and this was there on arrival. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, although not always the hottest but this I always find in buffet restaurants. We used the credit system mainly on drinks and lunches which was great and delicious. Ate twice in the restaurant in the evening, this first time not great with are order being mixed up and then both meals being taken away but one walked around the restaurant before being offered to me again ( refused) then put under a slightly warming heat lamp until the incorrect meal was cooked. Also a very unfriendly attitude of a male member of staff who could do with some hospitality lessons. The second time was amazing, lovely staff and delicious food. Plenty of sunloungers but very early reservation of the few Bali beds on the rooftop with people then not actually using them until the afternoon, something I think the hotel should monitor. Great water refill station, flexible credit and credit for cleaning system. Excellent bike hire facilities. All in all a lovely hotel with just a few minor tweaks needed to be perfect.

Spent a week at Mynd with my daughters aged 22 and 20. It was the perfect week of rest and relaxation. A special thank you to the yoga teacher who stretched us out every morning, the yoga session with singing bowls and drumming was a particular treat. Definitely the perfect hotel to relax and unwind.

Had a great stay at this hotel , staff are lovely people, the hotel is kept Well clean , good variety of breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet area which is nice. The rooms are a decent size but if you’re travelling with family I would suggest to get a bigger room if available.

The hotel was amazing! New, modern, clean, didn’t feel overcrowded. Plenty of free sun loungers. Just a small walk to the various restaurants and beach. The staff work incredibly hard, special shout out to Fernando who looked after me and my party of 10 with exceptional care during the week we were there. Also if you like cocktails Jimmy in the rooftop bar is your man, best bloody Mary’s we’ve ever tried. The hotels ethos strongly resonated with us, not a plastic bottle in sight, ingredients locally sourced. They run free activities like wine tasting, cocktail workshop and soap making, all very enjoyable and would highly recommend. We did not want to leave , and we will certainly be back.
